The office is clean and staff is welcoming. They have snacks, coffee, water and other things available while you wait. The wait time is short and they’re very efficient with updated technology without losing the human connection.

Really nice place. Free drinks while you wait. Staff was all very friendly and Dr. Chiu was friendly, professional, asked plenty of good questions and was careful to make sure there were no signs of a bacterial infection in our case. Definitely will return next time we need urgent care services.

I came in for a common cold & new migraine symptoms, very small problems that I basically just wanted reassurance on. I felt a little silly going in, but Dr. Svacha sat down, listened, and asked questions about these small concerns. He seemed to really think about it & explain why he came to the conclusion that he did. The place itself is VERY clean & new. I waited no more than 2 minutes (at 4:45 on a Tues). Staff was great, from the check in to initial weight/​blood pressure vitals, & I received a follow up call from the doctor the day after my visit. I usually think going to urgent care is a waste of time– I’m so happy to have a place like this closeby!

Great experience for having terrible back pain. The staff was extremely helpful and empathetic to my condition. Dr. Chiu answered all of my questions and spent quality time assessing my injury. He followed up the next day to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions. The building itself was clean and new! It included comfortable seating and multiple flat screens. I also was impressed by the check in technology that was accessible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
