Delicious food for a random hole-in-the-wall restaurant. The salsa in particular is really excellent, but the entrees are quite good as well. Good service, good food, and good prices. It is definitely a great place to visit for a casual Mexican meal.

Every Tuesday for 6 years now! The best Mexican food in Georgia. $ 1.99 margaritas on Tuesday. Best fajitas around. Mexican pizza is a favorite.

If you like a restaurant that has great food and a friendly/family atmosphere, you need to stop in and try Tecali Grille. This is Mexican the way it should be, the way it tasted when I was actually in Mexico. The restaurant is family run, and many of the Canton locals know how good it is and come in on a regular basis. It is an awesome alternative to the Mexican«chain» restaurants. ENJOY!!!

Yum yum yum. I loved everything we ordered. The service was pretty good even though they were busy. They have a very spicy and delicious green habenero sauce. The cheese dip with jalapeño peppers was a winner to. We will be back

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant. The wait staff is always friendly and courteous and I think the food is truly authentic. The ingredients are always fresh and I love their salsa. To die for. Also the prices are reasonable.

We eat here almost every week, as do many people in the know here in Canton, almost always for lunch. We try to go early to beat the lunch rush and get one of the more choice booths. The salsa is really excellent, sometimes I actually have cravings for it. It is really fresh with a lot of cilantro and is a big chunk style rather than the blender paste style that some places have. My Dad and I always have the lunch fajitas. My wife has the fajita quesadilla with queso. She was never a big fan of Mexican until Tecali won her over and is secretly jealous of the ‘business lunches’ I have with my Dad.

Chicken quesadilla and a mango tea? Can you say«Yum»? Definitly visit this establishment at least once if you haven’t already. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Canton. It is a very laid back and unassuming place with good food. A great place to just go out with the buds.

This place has always been awesome! I grew up in canton and no other place in town compares. Definitely my favorite place to stop by when I am home from school. The people that gave it bad ratings are too picky!

The woman I love and I decided to try something that wasn’t on our«usuals» radar. Tecali Grille did not disappoint. Tucked away in a strip-shopping center, it might be easy to ignore this family-owned establishment. But for«tex-mex» you won’t be disappointed. I might even be liking this place more than our«usual» Mexican dining destination. On our first visit, I ordered the Bistec Cebollas. This was delicious – with hot, hand-made tortillas, this steak and onions combination was a savory treat. Easily a step or two above«regular tex-mex.» I had the Pollo con Queso on our second visit.(Basically the innards of a chicken quesadilla on a bed of rice with some pico de gallo on the side.) Again, this totally made me a very happy man. Service has also been very fast and friendly. At the«other favorite restaurant,» the manager /owner doesn’t wave goodbye to you on departure. She does, here. I was expecting a run-of-the-mill tex-mex affair. I found much more than that. I found good food and a friendly staff. I’ll certainly look forward to going back for more. Holler if you’re coming with.

A typical hole in the wall type of establishment, which has usually been good to me as far as Mexican cuisine is concerned. Unfortunately, I was completely underwhelmed by my food and the Tecali’s ambiance. When we walked in, the place was a ghost town, which was surprising considering it was a Sunday during football season. This should have served as a warning sign to my wife and I. When our server finally did come out from behind the bar, she sat us down and promptly returned with chips and salsa. This was actually pretty good tasting salsa, sadly, that was the end of the highlights for us. When our entrée’s came out they were hot; however, heat can’t make up for dull and lifeless food. The fajitas and taco’s that were ordered were over cooked and under seasoned. Our food was drowning in cheese and grease. We tried, but after a few minutes, we simply paid our bill and left. Skip this place and hit Taco Bell, at least at Taco Bell its cheaper.

Nice place: good service, food is decent –tastes like someone made it(not canned). I like the outdoor seating and the cozy feeling to the place. Best Mexican food in Canton.

Great lunch specials. I especially like their cheese dip and guacamole. Try the chicken soup, very good.

This place is pretty good for Canton Mexican food. The service is good, and the mushroom quesadilla is really tasty! You get a lot of food for the price and it always tastes fresh.

Am I in the same restaurant? All four of us loved our meals and had good service. I live in California and enjoy good Mexican food often. I hate the fast food crap that passes for Mexican on the East Coast. ¡Esto restaurante está muy autentico y delicioso! Yo quiero Tecali Grille. Those other reviewers probably prefer Taco Bell!

I am not picky at all… but this place was close to inedible. I got a steak burrito which only had thin strips of dry steak wrapped in a tortilla, nothing else at all, dry beef and dry tortilla… and the beef had a funky taste. The only thing edible was chips and salsa and the plain taco. Others with me ordered the regular enchiladas and the red sauce tasted like puke.

I had a soup which was fairly good, which go this place its second star, but the burrito was not so good. I have had better beef at a taco bell drive-through. Wife ordered a cheese dip with Chorizo… took a wile to come out because, as the waiter informed us «they had to thaw the cheese and chorizo because it was still frozen.» Overall, won’t be going back here. Will be eating at the more authentic taqueria’s around town instead.
