This is one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been to! The service is excellent, they treat you like family. If you go, have a Texas margarita and the Molcajete. The Molcajete for one is enough for two people, and the Texas margarita will definitely do the trick. We went for my daughter’s birthday tonight. They gave her a free dessert and sang to her. She loved it.

I had to take one star off, my wife’s dish was good, but not as good as my shrimp dish. I would give it a 4 and a half if I could. My shrimp dish was a solid 5 star meal. The service was 5 star, and my sons order was, well he will eat anything and say it was good, so can’t really count his vote. My wife does not like spicy food, so that might explain her dish being a little off the 5 star mark of mine. All food was cooked fresh, and was way above what I expected from a Mexican restaurant in Georgia, it was as good as any restaurant in Puerto Vallarta or Cancun, wish I was still in Puerto Vallarta. Will go back anytime I am in the area.

Move over La Parilla– this place has great guac dip, great food and huge Texas Margaronas for $ 12.95 for the whole table to share and $ 12.95 for shrimp fajitas for two. They’re corn tortillas are gluten free and delicious yellow corn too. When you just don’t want to wait an hour to be seated, this is your place. The have an outdoor patio and live music on Fridays and Saturdays.

Did someone say mango margarita, lol. Well that’s were you should start. Very tasty with a big punch, and get the texas size because you will want more. Sip and wait for your very seasoned fajita. Well I can’t just say fajita’s because everything is really good, they are just my absolute favorite. Sometime’s they have live entertainment, I think it’s on Friday nights. So if loud music isn’t your thing, try another night. But try it.

Alright food. Charged me for shredded cheese without telling me, made me bitter. Good food for the price.

We recently found this place when my father came to visit and was craving tamales. Our usual fave place didn’t have them, so we decided to try Tapatios. We have found our new fave place. The Tampequeno steak was incredible! And anything with the salsa verde is wonderful too. Our waiter Eduardo was very helpful and knew his stuff. He was great with our 4 year old. We will definitely be back, prob within the week.

These guys must be going out of business. They let their web site expire over a month ago so you can’t even see their menu.

The best salsa I’ve ever had. Everything on the menu is delicious with each and every bite. Friendly with great service. Most Mexican is the same from one place to another. Just not this place. Live entertainment on Friday night is a bonus but this will becomes your favorite Mexican, if not your fav restaurant, if not already!

Excellent food, large portions and a decent price. I’ve eaten there several times both dine in and carry out and have never had any complaints. I recommend the Hawaiian fajitas.

The fajitas Mexicanas delighted the palate with marinaded, flavorful, juicy meat. The taquitos were a tad singed at one end but a reasonably tasty dish with a generous helping of multiple sides. Modest prices– $ 12.95 and $ 7.95 respectively. Fresh made guacamole for $ 3.75 was also a great value. And the service was outstanding. Hostess with a smile and an attentive server ensured our return.

Wow. Ownership & name have changed, along with some slight menu tweaks. But the dish I wanted to try is still here. I had: The Molcajete! A molcajete is a bowl, typically carved out of one piece of volcanic basalt. You’ve seen these things at some of those restaurants that make tableside-fresh guacamole. THIS Molcajete is a gigantic, basalt bowl of grilled chicken, steak, pork, shrimp, cactus(yes, cactus) and Mexican chorizo and fajita veggies, and some tortillas to boot. It was delicious. And it was HUGE. There’s enough food in that volcanic-rock for two people. Maybe three. I took home leftovers. And then I danced around the house like an Aztec warrior. I get the notion that some pride is involved with the serving of this signature dish. Our server was very friendly, and my ordering the Molcajete yielded a certain sparkle in his eye. Our food came out quickly, and as I said: It. Was. Delicious. I’ll certainly be going back. Holler if you’re coming with.

Finally found really good Mexican food in Canton. Have tried lots of Mexican restaurants in the area but this one is the best by far. First, you can tell that each dish is prepared to order. Unlike most of the places around here that prepare everything in advance then let it sit around getting stale… this place is FRESH and delicious. Fresh, tasty salsa, rich enchilada sauce and really good rice and beans. The people that work here are a friendly and nice group that make you feel at home. This place is right off 575. If you like Mexican food — go here.
