I am a former sprint customer who was fed up with the lack of 4g lte coverage(.02 mbps down and 1.09 mbps up). Which is absolutely horrible compared to the other cellphone companies that average 20mbps down and 10mbps up. I went into the tmobile store on mich ave, after a long drawn out phone call with sprint, who was begging me not to leave them. As soon as i walked into the store, i was approached by Megan, who, by the way, was the perfect example of what customer service should be in a retail environment. She answered every single question that i threw at her and she did everything she could to find the phones my wife and i wanted. This alone, was about 70% of the reason why i ended up leaving sprint that very day and making the switch to tmobile. Overall the switch was easy and painless and i was out of there with brand new iphones for my wife and i. I was very surprised to come across this type of professionalism in a store. It just absolutely blew my mind. Since leaving the store that day, ive had to call tmobile because of a few questions i had. And i recieved the same type of excellent treatment over the phone: Knowledgeable staff who are very polite and really have my best interest in mind. I am so happy to be a tmobile customer now and i feel i am finally getting my money’s worth with cellular and customer service. Thanks tmobile for doing it the right way and putting the customer first!
