Brian was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He told us about how we could save on our bill, he also taught us how to better take care of our equipment. I highly recommend visiting this store.

most pathetic customer care! They just argue about what they know without knowing the facts and to top it all they are so rude!!! I will not recommend anyone to go to this store!

Very pleased! I’ve been a Sprint customer for several years and I have had good service in stores and bad service in stores. This was one of the good experiences! I went in to get a iPhone6 and the whole process took me about 4 minutes. Brian looked to see if I was eligible, asked me what color I wanted and then got me the phone. He wasn’t pushy in asking what accesories I wanted or any other additions he may add to my account. The only bad thing about my time there was that Brian went through several menus on the phone and when I got home I was a little confused about how to get my apps and other things transferred from my old phone to my new one. I’m still trying to figure that out, actually. But I feel comfortable in going back and asking any questions, if they arise!

First of all, it might just be me and my hatred towards phone companies and phone shopping, etc. And our experience today is a reason why. My phone was dropped on tile… without a case because it was brand new and I did not yet have a case for it. Shame on me. I also do not carry insurance($ 11/month AND if you have to replace the phone, it is an additional $ 50… do the math. That is expensive!). So, after procrastinating for 6 months(yes, 6 months!) we finally popped in to see my options. The gentleman who was a true salesperson and treated us like we were completely moronic said«well, you can get on our GREAT new plan where you do not have a contract(but I have to pay for full price for the phone over 2 years?! Yes, I can do math too), buy a phone on Craigslist»(really?! You know your policies suck so badly that you are telling me to go Craigslist. Sigh. Other options: it is cheaper to change carriers than stay with Sprint, go to the Sprint store on Ford across from Ikea because they will fix the phone for $ 100 or try MetroPCS. I get that the associates are confined by the rules set forth by the company… but they do not have to be jerky about it, ya’ know? In the over 10 years I have been with Sprint, they really have not done anything to really value their customers and this experience, again, no different. We got into the car and headed to the Sprint store on Ford across from IKEA(you can see my more detailed Unilocal about that store)… but they do not fix screens. MetroPCS on Ford Rd– yeah, they do not fix screens either. and they said they do not know of anyone that does fix them. Sigh. A couple hours later… we are still nowhere.

I went to pickup a phone that I ordered online. Holly assisted me with everything. She was really nice and super helpful. The store still looks brand new and it’s at a great location.

Actual helpful staff. Went in with one phone ready for upgrade and one over a year off. Somehow managed to get a pair of Galaxy S3 for a decent price, without the hassle of going online. It worked. I know Sprint gets grumbles but it works for me right now. We get a huge discount through my husband’s business and I do like the true unlimited packages. The salesman here, Garrett, took his time with us and went above and beyond to get us the best deal(yes we did shop around, including online). He got us started, all our info transferred over and instructed us on what differences we could expect. He also took out time to explain some of the cooler features we could use, like the S beam. Yay for being able to share just by touching phones. It was helpful for us to have a knowledgable person to share details like how exactly to do that. It just helped our whole transition to our new phones be smoother. Overall I was quite happy with our experience.
