So disappointed. I had three different people do color cut style and makeup. Not happy with any of it. They let me walk out of there looking like a clown and smiling like they had done a good job. I won’t go back.

I have used this salon for over three years. During that time I’ve used a few different stylists, but I normally see Jen. All the ladies here are knowledgeable and talented. I am super picky about my hair and I’ve never left there less than 100% satisfied.

It was my 1^st time coming in to this salon and I found it nice and modern. I did like my highlights, but I was very upset with my hair cut. Peggy was my stylist and she end up cutting 3 inches of my hair without letting me know beforehand she was going to cut that much. My hair was to my waist in layers and she left it about and inch below my shoulders with an ugly straight cut that makes my face look square. She has no customer service and seems to dread to have to deal with long frizzy hair like mine. The manager was very nice and understanding about this and did not charge me for the hair cut. I really wish I could go back when I need to touch up my highlights, but I still think about it.
