Practically Perfect Day Spa & Salon

The worst salon I have ever been too in my life time. I paid Kara 100 $ for my hair to be done. I had got in the chair and was expecting some nice highlights and got legit bleach all over, my hair was so damaged and ruined I had to cut all of it off. I had left with a hair mask on my hair because it was so damaged. The girls were wondering why she did this. My hair has still been damaged since. I shaved it all off 6 months ago and now am almost finally where I left off when this salon killed my hair. I would NOT advise to go here as they ignored all my emails and calls and didn’t even offer a refund as completely ruining my hair was not enough. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. I have never been more sad in my life after having no hair and still having damage because of this horrid place!

Also no, I was getting highlights WITH my red hair still in and your very own stylists were asking her what she was doing and why. Also walked out of there with chemical burns on my scalp from the crazy mess she did. Nothing that happened to me should ever happen in any salon!!! Ever! The owner will make excuses and so forth but didn’t even offer a email or anything I emailed every email i found possible on the site and called and was told you weren’t in and nobody ever called me back. The owner says research well obviously her employee can delete messages as she told me she can’t do anything about my chemical burns and hair falling out and it was all her fault. Point blank I should’ve been refunded! I WILL NEVER step foot into this salon or any poorly managed like it.

I must admit that my husband and I have been going here for over a year. I called today to find out if Brent was still there to schedule another massage. Well, he is no longer there and the person that answered the phone was not friendly, nor did she try to help us with appts…
Just want to say that we were willing to give them another chance… But not again… No reason not to be helpful for folks that are repeat customers…
I am sorry I didn’t get the persons name that answered the phone… but it was around 9am this morning when I called.

Staff was really nice and accommodating. I was looking for an appointment the same day and they made it work. The whole place was decorated beautifully and cozy. I felt very comfortable.
I had a deep tissue massage and it was great. The masseuse was very professional.
Overall, this is a great location with top notch costumer service. The employees make you feel comfortable and the atmosphere has a great cozy and home-​like vibe.

I have had spa services at many different places but I have never had a facial like the one Atiya gave me at Practically Perfect! I cannot recommend her enough, she is also great with waxing. I will warn you, once you start getting facials with Atiya, you won’t be able to stop! Everyone is very friendly and the facility is pretty and clean.

Great spa! Quiet, relaxing. Lisa is fantastic at waxing and facials. She’s super friendly and helpful. The prices are great. Nice addition to the downtown Canton area.

I’m not a spa person. I don’t like new age music. Or white towels. Or getting poked and prodded by a stranger. Which is why Practically Perfect Day Spa and Lisa, the owner, are amazing. Lisa is personable and super professional, so she made me feel comfortable from the start. And since she immediately made me feel at home, it’s now easy for me to go in and actually pretend to be a «spa person» for an hour or so every once in awhile. (The old skin isn’t getting any younger, sadly.)
Since it’s located just 5 blocks from my house, I’ve been to Practically Perfect about 10 times now for various services. (I bought their pack of 6 microderm abrasions and I get some — let’s just say — uncomfortable waxing done here. Yes it hurts, but Lisa makes it as painless as possible!) Every time I’ve been welcomed like family and had a positive experience. I highly recommend this spa to anyone who needs any spa-​type-​thing done to them.

I had my first facial just a few weeks ago. I never thought that I would like something like this and wasn’t sure what to expect (as a man). I felt so fresh and relaxed afterwards— it was very inviting. Most of all my skin just felt so clean. A wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. I would recommend to all. Fantastic!

Wow, the «Practical Facial» is amazing… Lisa made my skin look and feel amazing… and the massage that she gives you to go along with the treatments made this the most relaxing experience I can remember having… she is amazing.
She truly has a love for what she does and a talent for skincare and helping to make the world and all of your cares go away — man, that reminds me, I need to make another appointment and go back!
