I have just had the worst experience with service that I have ever had at this Starbucks, Cobb’s Corner, 95 Washington St, Canton, MA. I arrived about 9:30AM. One person was in front of me and one person was waiting for a drink. I have a health issue with too much caffeine, and because I ended up in the Hospital one other time because my decaffeinated MoccaFrappaccino was made Caffinated, I prepared a laminated drink order slip so that mistake did not happen again. So today I ordered my usual MoccaFrappaccino using my order slip, and a turkey bacon sandwich, and went to the end of the counter and waited for my drink and sandwich to arrive. After the drinks for the first 2 people were made, my sandwich arrived. After the 6 other people to order drinks after me were made, I finally asked the drink maker, «Did you forget my drink?» He said in a snippy voice, «Your drink will be made in the order it was received.» Although this was clearly a crock of BS, I waited patiently as another 7 drinks were made and served. I then saw him begin to make what looked like it could have been my drink. Based on my concern with his drink-making ability, I mentioned, I said, «Remember, that drink has to be decaffeinated — it could send me to the hospital again otherwise. He immediately set that drink down, and started again making other people’s drinks. After another 10 drinks were made and server to other people, I said, «I have watched you make at least 15 other people’s drinks, and I still don’t have my drink. I’ve waited patiently in line. What’s the story here??» He snapped back in an angry voice, «I made a mistake on your drink and I have to remake it.» He then proceeded to make 5 other people’s drinks. I then said to him, «Why do your mistakes making my drink put me back at the end of your drink line — it wasn’t MYMISTAKE — ITWASYOURS !!!» He then finally made my drink, slammed it onto the counter, and in a snarling voice said, «Here’s your MoccaFrappaccino.» I think that is a terrible way to treat ANYCUSTOMER. It is even a worse way to treat a customer that spends at least $ 10 every day of the year in your store(or at least $ 3,650/year); plus always leave at least $ 1.00 tip every day plus a $ 20 tip on Thanksgiving and a $ 30 tip on Christmas, for a total tip of $ 400/year, for a total expenditure of at least $ 4,000.(And that is not including the various cups and ground coffee I buy for myself and others, and the multiple gift cards I buy as birthday, Christmas, and Hanukkah presents. BUTEVENIF I NEVERLEFT A PENNYTIP, ORBOUGHTANYDRINKS, CUPS, GIFTCARDS, or GROUNDCOFFEE, ITISANOUTRAGEOUSWAYTOEVERTREATEVEN A CUSTOMERWHOCOMESINTOYOURCOFFESHOPJUSTONCE !!! ______________________________________________________ — NEWIMPUTTOTHEABOVEREVIEW — 2WEEKSLATER — ________________________________________________________ Since having written the above review 2 weeks ago, the Cobbs Corner staff have more than made up for the terrible service I received here 2 weeks ago. The next time I went in, the whole staff including the manager, apologize profusely every day for at least a week. For at least a week, they refused to let me pay for anything I ordered. They just said, «We just have to make up for what that one, new employee did. Finally I said, «The bad behavior of that one employee is entirely now exonerated. If you give me anymore free drinks and sandwiches, I will be too embarrassed to keep coming in.» The relented, and agreed it was fully and satisfactorily finished — and now I am again a loyal and valued customer !!! This place continues to be a joke. It would be good idea to go to a different coffee house. Perhaps try either of the Starbucks nearby on route one. The management at this establishment has 0 clue. The line today was ridiculous. Twenty minutes to be served. This Starbucks should be shut down or placed under new management.

HOLYCRAP! Can I just get a cup of coffee??? This is the slowest SBUX on the planet. This line is always to the door. ALWAYS. Sometimes it’s quicker to just drive to another one. The staff members are so under motivated when compared to other Sbux. Super Annoying!

Not the largest Starbucks, but this place is pretty decent. They also have a nice little outdoor patio area. Parking is very easy in the small lot right in front of the store. Inside they have some high tops as well as some chairs and the usual café tables. They also have long tables, where multiple people sit. Sometimes I have had some weird experiences with people at these tables, like the lady who insisted on draping a power cord over my legs even though all the outlets were being used… um… ok. Also, this being suburbia, it can occasionally get loud in here with either babies or old people who apparently can’t hear so they have to shout out their entire conversation. Weeknights are definitely the time to go if you want a quieter experience.

just moved to canton a few months ago and I’m a huge Starbucks fan. I was so excited to have one about two miles down the road from us. I’ve only been to this one three times because each time the coffee was under brewed and the service was horrible. my second visit was the worst. the line was about five customers long and I waited 6 minutes to get to the front(yes I timed it because the last time took a long time as well). Once I arrived at the register, the barista just gave me a blank stare. I said«hi» with a smile as I always do, and her response was«what do you want?» with ZERO expression. I ordered my usual,(venti iced with 1 pump vanilla), paid, and said«thank you» and received a sigh. my coffee was extremely weak and there was probably about seven pumps of vanilla in it. I don’t know why I bothered going back. I guess I thought third time would be a charm but it wasn’t much better. I now go out of my way to the Brockton one or make it ahead of time with the good old keurig.

Coffee and food is your typical Starbucks. My only complaint is they tend to be understaffed. I was in on a Saturday and there were 10 people in line, 2 taking orders and only one person making drinks. Very slow, and I only had an ice coffee. As there aren’t many choices in the area, I will go back and hope they add more people especially during busy periods.

It’s too bad they have some bad reviews from years ago. It’s a great Starbucks with nice indoor and outdoor seating, and baristas who get you on your way quickly — and with a smile!

This is a store that serves a wide variety of hot or cold coffee based beverages. They also have a wide selection of sugar delivery options, I’m not referring to the sweet’n’low, I’m talking about those baked good in the case. Just in case that Venti Caramel Mocha Frapp with Whip is not sweet enough, buy a couple of cake pops and you are sure to reach a state bordering on a sugar induced coma. If you, like me, are more of the highly caffeinated individual then there are literally dozens of ways to get America’s second favorite central nervous stimulant into you body, although I still believe if Starbucks really came up with a way to inject their caffeine then they could capture the number one spot. Red-Eye’s, Black-Eyes, Triple-Shot Lattes. Loads of options and each is made with the only love that can come from a person who executes coffee creation with industrial rated efficiency. This Starbucks features outside seating, loads of sunlight(though I don’t think the staff has too much to do with that) and consistently friendly service, though I think that many of the other customers there would die if they cracked a smile, geez.

Bearing in mind 3 stars is the most I’ll ever give Starbucks(well … because it’s Starbucks), this place is halfway decent. If you’re into mass-produced mediocre coffee and espresso. Despite that, I’m unproductive as hell at my house, so this is my go-to study spot when I’m visiting my family. Music isn’t overly loud. They keep the lines moving, and the drinks are made per Starbucks standards, nothing special. They do seem a little friendlier than the dreary Starbucks drones in NYC, and prices are marginally cheaper in MA. Seating is plentiful, though it may be hard to get one around the holidays with all the shoppers around. Plugs are a little hard to come by, but I’ve usually managed to snag one. I personally like the long large table so I can spread out my study materials without something falling over. If you get bored, you can always spy on the awkward first dates here(when will people realize this is NOT a good place for a 1st date!?). Anyway, this Starbucks is better than most, but at the end of the day it’s still Starbucks.

I don’t go to Starbucks nearly as often as I used to, because this is the only one left in my area, and I’m tired of their generally poor and rude customer service. They barely acknowledge you’re there; you have to ask for a bag; ask for a receipt. I spent over $ 40 there on three pounds of coffee beans yesterday(the only reason I go there now is to get the coffee to grind at home, where I’m appreciated). I didn’t even get a thank you at the end of the transaction. When I asked about the«bonus» they were offering that day(according to a BIG sign on their own display– a free VIA3-pack with the purchase of a pound of Xmas blend– they looked at me like I had two heads, and made it seem like I was trying to rip them off. I think I’ve about had it with this place, I’m afraid. When you spend a decent amount of money on a product, they could at least attempt to be friendly and helpful.

I don’t understand what’s going on with this store. The barista that usually makes our drinks(a 20 something, tall guy) is always grumpy and looks like he’s about to fall asleep. He always makes our drinks wrong. I ordered something that comes with default whipped cream and didn’t ask for it to be made without it, but he marked the cup as no whipped cream. He doesn’t call drinks, he just shoves them across the bar. He is SOSLOW. In general, though, everyone there is slow, mundane, and rude. And the drinks are ALWAYSWRONG. I really wanted to give them a chance, but it’s really become a last-resort option.

Best Starbucks in the area. The seating, inside and out, is very comfortable. Lots of open space and windows. LOVEIT!

I’ll come here every so often, only because the Starbucks in Sharon is now French Memories. Very spotty service. After one experience, I was so upset I wanted to call corporate. However, there are a few baristas here from the old Sharon store, and they are great. The coffee is standard and I haven’t fallen victim to very many mistakes. If you plan to get any work done here — BEWARE. Not only is it drafty, but the places turns into«Real Housewives of South Shore Boston» during the day.
