Sprint Store By PCS Mobile Solutions

Avoid this store at all costs. This is not an official Sprint store (i.e. Corporate or Preferred Dealer). This is merely a Certified Dealer (PCS Mobile Solutions), that pays a fee to Sprint to sell their services. This 3^rd party store does not adhere to the same training or quality control practices of official stores and has applied shady techniques to acquire my business (described below if interested). It is January, 2016, and I am still working with the appropriate parties to resolve an issue that occurred at this location back in October 2015. It has been a nonstop headache and I am seriously considering going to another service provider. If you must go into a store, do yourself a favor and go to the (Preferred Dealer) store on Ann Arbor Rd in Plymouth. The short drive out of the way is well worth it.
This portion of the review is not crucial, but partially details the «shady techniques» used by this store, as mentioned above. I (and other Sprint members) suspect the employee at this location to be manipulating commissions on sales. For example, this employee purposefully signed be up for the wrong service plan (which he was paid commission on), expecting me to come back after my first bill to dispute it – where he would then «fix» it by upgrading me to the appropriate service plan (commission payout #2). In hindsight, this became clear after I remember asking him why the service plan on my receipt/​print out looked different from what I expected, which then he quickly responded with «don’t worry about that… but keep an eye on your first bill. If that looks wrong then just come back and see me and I’ll take care of you.»
Unfortunately, his plan didn’t quite work out. When I did come back, because my bill was obviously wrong, the service plan I was supposed to be on was no longer offered by Sprint (the rate code was removed from their system). The employee tried various methods on his end to manipulate my account to reflect the appropriate price point I signed up for… unfortunately he only managed to botch my account. Eventually, after visits to a Preferred Store and Corporate Store and countless phone calls to Sprint Care, my account is looking close to where is should be (although, not quite there as of yet). Note that I left out many of the other «shady» vibes and lies spewed to me by this location, but I felt that this example was more than enough to get my point across.

Horrible service. One person running the whole store. Took me 25minutes to pay my monthly bill which took 30seconds.
