I went here at the beginning of April as a first (and last) time client. I scheduled an appt with their top stylist (Tara) since my birthday was coming up and I wanted my hair to look great. I asked for long layers with some definition around my face. I don’t know how that could misinterpreted, but I walked out of the salon with a «Rachel.» I didn’t ask for a haircut that would transport me back to 1994, especially since it’s 2014! I had thick, wavy hair that was around my mid-​back and after the cut, I had short to long choppy layers that flip out in every direction possible. It’s the most awful cut I’ve ever had in my life. I cried for days and even had to put it up for my birthday because I couldn’t stand anyone seeing it. It was nothing like what I asked for so I promptly called the manager (Brenda) to let her know my experience. Well, silly me, I thought she would want to know what clients thought about the salon. Wrong! I’ve been calling for EIGHT weeks, left her four messages and I have yet to hear from her.
So unprofessional! I would tell anyone who is considering going here to think twice. It’s not worth it. I paid so much to get the best service and instead, I have my hair up ²⁴⁄₇ because it’s so embarrassingly outdated.
After eight weeks, my hair is just now barely at the length I had asked her for so that tells you how much she had taken off. Plus, she texturized the living daylights out of my hair. I hate to say texturized because it was really more like she shredded it. It comes to fine point at each layer and looks so bad. I’ve had my hair texturized before since it’s so thick, but it’s never been like this. Just don’t waste your time!

My second time here was just as good as the first! You can schedule appointments online (must be 24hrs or more in advance to do this) which is extremely convenient if you need a last minute appointment or want to see who/​what is available. My color and cut turned out great again, highly recommend coming here.

I found this place on Unilocal when I was in desperate need of a pedi on a Sunday. This seems to be a challenge in the canton aria, when I went in I saw that it was large and had a large amount of higher end retail so I had high hopes that the service would be ok. The girl at the front desk seemed a little lost and when I asked about services she lacked any informed info about what the spa side offered so I just asked about pedi prices, she went in to this ramble about staff levels and how it effected pricing, so unprofessional ! And uncomfortable given the service provider was standing there. Is this a school or a spa? I decided to scrap the whole pedi and get a polish change, in and out, right ?? Nope it took 45min and the polish selection was thick and gooey, I could have had my 6 yr old niece pant them and it would have looked the same. Why two stars? The girl was sweet that did me nails and I felt sorry for her and tipped her $ 15.00

My go-​to place for haircuts & color, massage & facials, and mani’s & pedi’s! The front desk ladies are very knowledgeable and helpful and he never had bad service. Very professional, chic, and updated atmosphere! Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Canton.
