I am thrilled about this fun tasting store in Canton. I love to feel adventurous and try new flavors. At this store everyone can try lots of things and see what they like. I am suprised at how I have fallen for these thick and delicious balsamic vinigars. They are nothing like you buy at the grocery store. They also have an app that keeps track of your cheese points and gives you deals. Goat, cow and Sheep cheese. Fun!

Unfortunately I’m giving a low rate due to customer service. The products are wonderful, though! I have to say that before I get too into this review. So, little did me and my grandmother know, we’d be preyed on by what could be mistaken for as a car saleswoman. I wish I were kidding. The second we walked in, we were greeted by a pleasant woman who was too hyper. I’m not sure if this place works on commission, but that would make a lot of sense for this woman’s pushiness. Never was it asked if there were any allergies upon taste testing. And when I say taste testing, I mean me and my grandmother taking swigs of oil, and vinegars from the same cup. There was no asking of flavor profiles, or anything. We didn’t say it once but 4 times, it was our first time in here and we’d like to look around. I mean, good lord, it is a specialty shop, with hundreds of flavors. And we were almost being forced to purchase something before we even made it through half the store. It was too much. We did however taste a few delicious, infused, oils. But I began to gag a little as we were given just oil to taste. Not with a piece of bread or anything. And again, we were given oil after oil and then shocked with vinegars by what this woman was trying to peddle. Our store experience was very very low. But we were very pleased with the selection(from what we were able to take in before being hounded), and the oil that we did end up purchasing as a gift. I’m not sure if we would even dare stepping foot in there again.

This place has some really great vinegars. However, for some reason the workers don’t accept that you just know what you want and want to get home. I wish there was a way to streamline the visit. It’s always 20 minutes even when you know exactly what you want and tell them the minute you walk in.

A very interesting gourmet shopping experience. Never knew there were so many olive oils available nor did I know about aged Balsamic vinegars. It’s really quite a shopping education. The flavors are incredible! Their salts and peppers from around the world are wonderful. I bought 2 oz of a jalapeño salt that would liven up a great steak. They have a variety of salt blocks for cooking in three different sizes. Heirloom dried beans and fresh pasta. It’s quiet an experience walking into this new shop. Owners are wonderful. The sales people are well versed in these products and extremely helpful. Don’t pass this one by.
