Loby’s Bar & Grille

I LOVE Loby’s indoor service and if those were the only bartenders I’d give a 5 star rating. Friendly, always know my name and drink (which is just a bonus) however the patio bartender is rude and always seems irritated. I can’t stand the nights they are busy enough I have to go to the patio. I met Loby and he is a great dude I am sure he doesn’t realize what is happening on that patio.

We just went there for the Wednesday Burger special and was forced to order a drink in order to get the special. The last time i was there which was one week earlier, the server did not mandate such rules and no where in the menu stated that you have to buy a drink. Totally dishonest place with lies. Not gonna go back

I been a customer of Loby since they opened but nomore. The staff is rude and it’s all about them! Most sensible owners would listen to customers complaints rather than crying lazy waitresses ! Get the nachos if you don’t mind them after sitting under hot heat lamp for a while!! Yukkkk…The place is filthy especially the patio bar! If you like drama this is the place for you!!! Lol Hahaha! There are alot of other sports bars in town Randy!!! T

I’m a glutton for punishment. I keep coming back for the food, but everything is going down hill.
Mondays were traditionally Mexican food specials, but no more. They don’t serve Mexican anymore. In my opinion, they had some of the best Mexican around.
Then I ordered a calamari appetizer, only to be told that they were out.
No miller light on tap.
Never again will I come here.

The newly done patio is perfect for a sunny day. I’ve always had great customer service and the staff is super friendly! My friends and I love the $ 5 burger special. Always a great beer selection, too!

This place heas decent bar food, alot of draft beer choices. Nice patio outside with daoly specials. I believe Wednesdays is $ 2 burger day not bad. music is loud on weekends

The manager tonight was pretty rude. I came in before the Friday night drinking rush to grab some wings and a drink. I sat on the end barstool, which apparently turns into the service bar late at night. I ordered from the bartender, paid, then in comes the manager telling me that once I ate, Id have to move somewhere else. Didn’t even offer to find me another seat. And as I’m eating my wings, he’s standing at the edge of the bar watching me eat. He then proceeds to make up a sign and tape it next to me that says, «service bar only.» I was so uncomfortable… I won’t be back.

If you like a grungy place you will like this place. I found the servers to be sub-​standard and the place dirty. I have lived within two miles of this place for years and finally tired it at a friends suggestion. The food matches the rest of the place nothing special. If your out just for drinks the patio is large and noise.

Great upscale bar food and dinners. Wings are awesome. Burgers and fries are great. But they also have great dinners entrees in addition to the bar food such as fish tacos. They have a really nice covered patio as well. Great specials everyday

We were happy to discover Loby’s initially. I mean, who doesn’t like hot wings and beer?
Both of us dining ordered draft beer and a dozen wings, done well.
Our wings were served by the friendly server, then as we sadly discovered, not well done with the chicken skin still soft. We asked her if we could send them back and have them well done as ordered. Ten minutes later she returned with our food in the same state.
We politely commented the wings looked the same. She uncomfortably notified us the kitchen only cooks to the temperature and the way they prefer and they told her this is the only way they would be served, no matter how we ordered them.
Since we could not get the food we ordered how we wanted, we declined the portions and asked for a check only to be charged for them.
We told her we would not pay for food we could not consume and asked to speak to a manager. Her demeanor and attitude reflected the kitchen’s.
No one there, but the waitress, cared about the quality of our meal, or lack thereof.

Great food! They really do some good things here from healthier wraps and salads to the best Cajun wings in town. They poor good mixed drinks and have your average beer selection. Food service is a bit slow, but the wait staff is polite and will keep your glass full while you wait. If sports is your thing they have plenty of TV’s and the patio is great for watching a game outside. The patio is also heated and I really enjoy watching MNF out there in the fall.

My favorite hidden gem of Canton. Love coming here late evenings with the guys to hang at the bar and have a few beers. The staff is terrific and their chef really knows what he is doing for a place that you’d think would have generic bar food. Everything I’ve ever had there is more high quality than I’d expect and they have great deals every night of the week. Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday wing deals are the best price+quality in Canton.

I went to Loby’s to hear a local band I enjoy. I was pleasantly surprised to discover tasty food and a generally decent ambiance.
The menu is pretty diverse, lots of different options from quesadillas, ribs, burgers, wings, ny style pizza, mac-​n-​cheese, steak, fish — generally with fun twists on traditional bar food — steak sandwich on a pretzel bun with carmelized onions, banana peppers and pepper jack cheese. Yum.
We shared an order of bacon cheddar fries, which were delicious. I wish the cheese was more melted instead of just thrown on top of the fries. The fries themselves were awesome, very tasty like they could have been the creamy delicious yukon gold potatoes.
My friend ordered a giant wedge salad and I had the pulled pork sandwich. It was served on ciabatta bread and even more fries. The pulled pork was tender and the sauce was sweet but not overwhelmingly so.
We shared a piece of german chocolate cake that was supposedly made on site. It had freezer burn. So it might have been fresh a week or so ago but definitely not when I got it, so you couldn’t really taste the coconut or chocolate of the cake. Definitely a low point.
There are two music locales — inside on the stage or a dj outside on the patio. The sound for the band was terrible. It was so loud it was distorted and hard to hear. I guess some would say that it just a bar for ya but they could have mixed the sound a bit better. Maybe that was the band. Who knows.
We went on a night with two high school reunions, that was fascinating to watch.
They have nightly specials including — burgers for $ 5, .35 wings, etc.
Service was amazing. Our waitress was awesome. Drinks were never empty. Always checking on us. She made the night and what took my review from 3 to 4 stars. Gotta love good service.
