I would give no stars if I could. The most absurd, unprofessional team. Mike Perna is a joke. run the other way when you see that name and Keller-​Williams in general. Our offer was accepted by the seller and he takes off to Miami and doesn’t answer his calls. Is not very responsive nor timely. And the day of the closing, the seller dropped off the keys in the morning, and they did not even let our realtor know until the next day. Worst experience ever. Unorganized, untimely, unprofessional.
