Disappointed in this store. Would never shop here. Another gamestop store called the canton store to hold a used game for me. I was assured it would be held through the next day. So I drive there the next day … Over an hour round trip … But no game. They aren’t sure what happened. The store was a mess. If a store has a policy that allows for holds, stick to it. Otherwise don’t offer it. Waste of my time. I will never go back.
