Came in hunting for some new shoes for the family. I was pleasantly surprised that all three of us actually found shoes in one store. Store was well kept. The staff was nice checking in on us from time to time to see if we needed help. Overall it was a successful trip.

This should be called Kat’s famous footwear because they sell my Dr Scholls. This location is the best I drive an extra 20 minutes because this staff is way better than other stores in the area!!!

I’ve been there a few times and(at least in my experience) I found the staff very helpful. They helped me find the right shoes and arch support accessories that saved my feet in heels! Also, they clued me in on upcoming sales so that I would get the best price! I had excellent service from here(it was around October that I went and I remembered them and wanted to give them props).

I agree with Katherine. You do get the runaround here. Not terribly helpful people on staff at all. Not only will you not be helped much while purchasing if there is any problem at all you are shit outta luck. Upside, I did get some cheap shoes that worked this time. Only reason I stopped in though was utter desperation. Better shoe stores around for sure. I don’t think it’s just this or Payless. Just my two cents.

Beware! Apparently different people yell you different things in this store. We went in to get black shoes and were told that we could use a coupon left at home by coming in and having them apply it retroactively. The«real» manager of the store told us the precious person had told us non-truths and that a coupon had expired, even though we bought the shoes within it’s time period. My advice? Go to Payless. At least you get what you pay for there.
