I’ve never really been a fan of Dunkin’ Donuts, but I like this DD’s location. The staff is always friendly, the service speedy, and the coffee hot. Coffee is about the only thing that DD serves that I really like, I’m not too fond on their food choices. The donuts aren’t fresh and hot like KK, but the bagels are alright.

We walked into DD this morning, and patiently stood in line. …25 minutes later we FINALLY walked out with our 1 coffee and 1 donut! Never in my life have I dealt with such disregard to customer service! We only had 2 customers ahead of us. The very rude manager stated«its Sunday, we are busy». No excuse!!! If you know you are going to be busy then do not train a new clerk on this day!!!

Manager, Josh needs to take a course on customer satisfaction. I ordered a coolata 3 months ago and was charged a higher price than before. I hadn’t paid attention to the posted price in the drive thru, but asked when I got to pick up and was advised that the lower price was only for the summer. This was in August. So, I paid the higher price. The next time I drove thru about two weeks later I noticed that the price for a small coolata was $ 1.99, but when I got to pick up, I was asked for $ 2.75 – I questioned it and the manager, Josh made me wait until he walked back to the drive thru posted price and then agreed to charge me the lower price. Third time – same thing, only this time he got belligerent and said he was very busy and that;‘s why the price on the drive thru had not been changed and he would only give me the drink for free, but this was last time. I told him I wanted to pay what the price said, $ 1.99. He was very rude and condescending. Notified Dunkin Doughnuts Customer Service with very little satisfaction. Sad to have to leave this poor review, but this is a disgrace. A customer should not be expected to pay anything other than the posted price. Wonder how many folks are paying the higher price at the window without even noticing their being ripped off!

I have been there only two times and they have no knowledge they are very disrespectful I went up there asking for a caramel mocha and they asked if I wanted an iced coffee this place is horrible I will never return to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again. needs better service and better coffee

Talk about re-purposing! This was an old burger joint that they gutted and made into a super large Dunkin. Plenty of parking and nice inside. Location is slightly difficult to get in and out of. Would recommend location for small group gatherings!

Ordered a dozen kolaches and a dozen donuts took over 20 minutes to get and then kolaches were ice cold inside. Donuts did not taste fresh. Might be better served going to a nonfranchised donut shop.

Like everyone else in the area, my husband and I were excited to have a DD in Canton. The first time I went through the drive through they were slow and unfriendly. I decided to give it a 2nd chance though! On my second trip I ordered 2 coolattas… and only after they took my card and swiped it did the kid send ANOTHER worker to the window to tell me they didn’t have what i ordered. So i asked for another kind of drink… they statrd they were out of that too. I finally asked for a refund and a 3rd worker came to do that job. After I got home I realized they only refunded my money for one drink instead of 2. Ontop of them stealing my money… no one seemed to know what they are doing. Ive worked retail and i would never act in the manner i encountered at this DD. I’ll gladly go back to our other coffee shop in town.

Love DD but the new location needs to check their quality control. Our cream filled and Bavarian donuts either didn’t have anything in them or just had a dab on the side to appear they were filled but they really weren’t. This has happened twice now on 2 different days.

Freshly made– just for me! You should have seen the line to get in! And another line at the drive thru! I had to try the famous Cro-nut(crescent doughnut). Ate 1 glazed & had to lock up the rest in my car!
