Store appears to be overstocked on many items. I was greeted by the cashier from behind the cash counter. I went to the back for exercise balls and hand guns. I heard conversations taking place in the back room but while standing in front of either area I couldn’t get an employee to help me. So after waiting 10 minutes between the two areas I left. While exiting the cashier told me to have a nice day. While this is nice his comment should have been geared around my empty hands asking if he could help me or get someone to help me. Grey skies 2 people in store. Don’t think they pay rent with professionalism like this.

I will reiterate what the other reviewers have said. Customer service is non-existent. Every time I have gone into Dunhams of Canton, there is nobody available to help. Earlier today we walked in to the store which was seemingly void of other customers. A cashier was at the front, doing nothing, and could not be bothered to greet us. We went to the shoe area, found what we wanted, but couldn’t locate an employee to get the size needed. My husband went all the way around to the back of the store and returned having found nobody. Not a single employee on the floor. Nobody. I had to walk to the front, where for a moment I almost could no longer find the cashier, but then I found her fiddling with some of the merchandise off to the side(maybe she was stocking it — unsure). I requested help in the shoe area, and she announced it over the loud speaker. Eventually an employee came from the back room licking her fingers as if she had been eating. Um, ewww. Wash your hands please. I realize you aren’t serving food here, but still. Anyway, upon getting the size shoe we needed she promptly returned to the back room. My husband said that this employee was the same one who recently had been tasked to help him with the purchase of his AR15, and at that time she had acted as if he was putting her out as well. I guess she feels as though her job description doesn’t include customer service. We then went to the back to look at the guns. No employees. Zero. Whatever. I’m not walking to the front of the store to again request assistance to only have to walk all the way to the back again. Thankfully there is a Dick’s Sporting Goods on Mich Ave that is just as close to our house. We will be going there from now on.

This was the second time I’ve been in there in the past week trying to buy a golf club. Both times I waited for over half an hour for help, but no one helped me. It’s really frustrating when you have money in hand and want to make a purchase, but no one will sell it to you. I’m now going to Dick’s to buy the same club for MOREMONEY, but at least I know I’ll be able to get help.

Terrible! I went there looking for two sets of golf clubs. The products didn’t have the price on it so I asked for assistance. I left after 15 minutes waiting for a staff member that never showed up.
