I’d been looking to get some new steel for my Graf’s (about 10 years old now) and started asking around my network about skate profiling.
I got passed Sasha’s info. Very timely responses and lots of information (most I never had any idea about). He explained the difference in my skates vs. other brands, asked me lots of questions to see how I skate in order to get the right profile on the new steel.
I’m in Chicago and only sent the new steel to get shaped Friday, had them in hand the following Thursday, talk about service!
Sasha is always available to answer questions and definitely knows his stuff.
Can’t wait to see how my game improves!

This is the place to bring your skates if you care about them at all. The staff is the absolute best as far as skill and explaining what they’re doing and why to the customer. Sasha is very kind, and remembers us every time we come in even though its only every 3 months and its a very busy shop. I made the mistake of getting my skates sharpened elsewhere in a pinch, and both times had to bring my skates to Pro Skate to get the horrible sharpening fixed. I have never had a bad sharpening or a bad experience here!
