DMS Moving Systems

I have no idea why this company has 1 star. I understand that they have contractors so that can be the issue. However, I have nothing to say about the David R. and his awesome team that helped us. We had one little incident the very first day. However, it was not their fault. His dispatcher did not relay the message about our community being gated and needing a little truck to get in.
Once that was over. David came in introduced himself and the rest of his team followed. They were absolute machines to the point I felt bad and bought them lunch. I have no idea how they busted through our 3 level home the way they did. But I mean they blew through everything without incidents.
They called the day before delivery and was early the day of. We had a window for the service elevator 9:00am to 12:00pm. They finished at 11:36. I know because I looked. I couldn’t believe they did it in such a short period of time. They put our desk, t.v. and stands back together. Put boxes in the sections of our new home. So it would be easy for me to get to everything. Yes, they offered to unpack. Back those robots would of fried my brain if I allowed them to unpack and I tried to follow behind them and put things where I’d want them. So, I opted out. lol
If you need to relocate I’d ask for David R. and his team. This wasn’t our first long distance trip with movers. But this was the best door to door white glove service by far.

Do not use this company! They moved me from Michigan to Texas. They were rude and rushing to get to their next customer in AZ.
Many of my items were broken and they left my work desk and my wife’s curio in Michigan because they ran out of time!!!
When I bought them lunch (restaurant food not pizza) there was almost no appreciation either day (one day to pack and one to move).
I was told by the broker from my company that they were professional and would make my move easy. I don’t think I have been so stressed out in years. If I has been the one paying for the move I would have told them to leave within the foray hour and hired another company.
Do not use DMS.
