Applebee’s

Slow service!!! Then when my husband ask about getting another soup with all you can eat soup and salad … The waitress ask if he was sure… Because it takes a long time to put it in the computer! Really?

Horrible service & it’s 3 in the afternoon. Seen our waitress 3 times & had to flag her down 2 of those times.

Of course every loves Applebee’s. I just wanna use a Stella Glass. But they are for tickets only. Guess I’ll settle for a tall Dos Equis

Tooooo much salt and grease in everything… I think they also salt the water. My family swell up for days after eating there,. We tried 5 times all of us get different meals and always the same outcome… Also the place adds up for what you get.

My kid’s and I went back to the Canton Applebee’s again today after receiving bad service a few months ago. Nothing has changed. Server Josh was unapologetic about food taking almost 40 minutes (for a burger!) and argued with me about what I ordered when food finally arrived but order was messed up! I am a local, but I will not be returning and I’ll spread the word about their lousy and VERY SLOW SERVICE.

Our waiter quite and walked out at this location. And we’ve been forgotten several times. The food is inconsistent and cold. I’ve never had a good experience at this location. The only reason we keep going is because we have limited options. We’ve noticed the manager reprehend an employe for using her phone while at work, then see the manager making personal calls her self. Bad management! Equals bad employees!

Since this is the only place in town where one can get a margarita, I guess it’s worth visiting. Get the sweet potato fries but don’t bother with the churros s’mores Ugh, so greasy. And the «Perfect Margarita» is far from perfect. So sweet that the next morning I had a sugar hangover b/​c there was barely any booze in it.
Beware of locals who hog the jukebox with the assistance of management. Shame on you, Applebee’s Canton.

I have eaten at many Applebees across the country and this place is by far THE WORST! The service is TERRIBLE! The food is nasty. Every time we have been there, they have either screwed up the order or the food tastes like its been sitting around all day. We started sitting at the bar because its so hard to get service at the tables but even at the bar its hard to order a meal or a beer if there are more than 5 customers. Service has been consistently bad getting worse with each visit. Our last visit on a Saturday nite there only a couple of customers in the whole place, nobody welcomed us at the door nor were we even acknowledged when we sat at the bar. We sat at the bar (which smelled like a rotten dishrag) for a while but no one ever came up to take our order or even greet us. When a manager finally came to the bar, he went to the resister for a minute the walked away without saying a word to us! A few minutes later a couple walked in and stood there for a couple of minutes but no one ever came to seat them. We got up and walked out telling the couple «good luck getting anyones attention.» I called Applebee corporate office and complained and was told the restaurant manager would call me back and I would also receive a follow up call from a district manager. I only received a call from one of the shift managers who apologized and reassured me my last visit was a fluke and she was going to send me a gift card in the mail. No gift card ever arrived nor did anyone other than that manager call me. Seems bad service goes all the way to the top at Applebees. Its such a shame, I used to enjoy going to Applebees over the years.

Service is awesome. But don’t play songs on the jukebox. If someone else close to management complains, they will skip the songs you paid for.

Friendly staff, good service, good food. The garlic steak was delicious and part of the under 550 calories menu.
