Cute little village made of playhouses. They had an ice cream parlor, fire station, gas station, grocery store, post office, beauty parlor, and a doctors office with matching costumes for dressing up. There were also tables and chairs for snacking and parents to sit. Then there was a little shop in front that sells candy, toys, and hair accessories. I wanted to love it but truth be told I couldn’t wait to get out of there. There were way too many older kids in there for my little darling. The older ones tend to be a lot more rowdy. I thought going on a Wednesday morning would be a good time to go because the older kids would be in school. Every time you turned around the younger kids were getting knocked over or pushed down by the older kids. I would think at a place like that there would be designated times for the younger kids for $ 10 a pop. One mom told me it used to be mostly younger kids. There were at least 20 kids plus their parents. It was pretty crowded with all of us squished in that small space. I definitely won’t be going out of my way to take her there again anytime soon.

This is the perfect cure for rainy-day blues with preschoolers/toddlers. There’s a little«town» of miniaturized shops and homes, complete with props and costumes. There’s a beauty parlor, grocery store, ice cream shop, post office, fire station, and more, and a miniature trolley car with a slide in it. It’s inexpensive and good for several hours at least, and you can return later on in the day(after lunch at Panera’s for example!) for another go ’round. With plenty of seating for grown ups and tables for snacks it’s a great place to stop.

What an adorable play town for the kiddos. It’s rather small on the inside but set up well. You enter and pay in the front.($ 10 for unlimited time) There is a small kitchenette, tables/chairs and a bathroom in the back. The middle is set up to be a smaller version of Main St. USA. There are mini versions of a post office, beauty salon, fire station, doctors office, grocery store, ice cream parlor and more. There is also a trolley in the middle with a slide. All of the toys inside the shops were age appropriate and clean. Everything is very well maintained. The best part is that everything is enclosed with a gate so you can sit in one of the chairs in front or the back and watch the kids have a great time! By far my favorite preschool play place in the South Hills.
