I am 64 years old, and have never been to a dentist office quite like this one. First, they made dual appointments for my wife and I, as we are 45 minutes from the office and we were new patients. Then once there, we were given cleanings and exams simultaneously. Their efficiency is amazing, and the level of caring and concern is as well. They will take all the time you could possibly need to explain and answer your questions as well as issues they find.
The first thing that struck me was that this was an office with a very happy and well cared for staff. The shortest employment on staff has been there 8 or 9 years, the longest from the beginning in the early 1980’s. Employee retention always says a lot in my book.
All in all, they had my trust 10 minutes into our appointment-that’s never happened before for me with a dentist. A follow-​up two days ago for a filling was no different. It was done in under 40 minutes and when the anesthesia had worn off (it was a rear molar), my bite was perfect, and I couldn’t tell any changes had been made.
Great practice, and the best dental office I’ve ever been to!
