Parkview Motel

Very nice. Newly renovated. Clean. Comfortable. Great value for a very reasonable rate. A decent simple breakfast included. Bananas, bagels, danish, oatmeal, dry cereal, coffee, OJ.

Very nice people and the rooms are very clean. Very convenient in town, so you are able to wall to restaurants. We’ll stay there again.

I read the reviews on this from Unilocal and other sites. All were really good so I decided to try it. I loved how convenient it was to all the locations I wanted to see. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The TV in my room was a little outdated but I did not go on this trip to watch TV, so that did not bother me at all. The service was absolutely wonderful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be back!!!

Great stay, comfortable beds, good breakfast and coffee, don’t be deterred by the outside look, all no smoking hotel, awesome stay. Owners are very nice from Poland. Quiet and close to train station. Only downside was the rough check in. They checked us in for 1 single when we had 2 rooms with 2 Queens. There doesn’t seem to be a POS system, everything done on handwritten tags. The doors were key locks, so when you unlocked, they stayed unlocked until you physically locked them. The check out was just as rough, no receipt available. The owners also left room keys out in public on the desk for people checking in so security was not that great.

When we drove up the wife was a little disappointed but when we opened the door we were pleasantly surprised to see a nicely updated room with a clean bathroom. The free breakfast had a nice spread and was also clean. Great service and a great value.

Absolutely excellent service with a smile. We enjoyed our Double Room. Your Rooms are well furnished and recently remodeled. Clean towels are never a problem here! Beds are comfy, Bathroom Vanity features granite countertops and plenty of bright lighting! Best of all is the breakfast Lounge. Yes. Lounge. Not some cheesy, afterthought of a makeshift table with instant creamers. A complete and well stocked lounge that overlooks a beautiful park with plenty of seating for all of the guests. This is The Place to stay while in Canon City. Stop reading and start calling now! You’ll be adding you’re own 5 Star review shortly. :)

Wasn’t to sure about here, but reviews I saw were great and they were right. Nice people, clean rooms. When we asked for extra towels and cups, they were right there. Only few things, no hair dryer, no Kleenex and shower very small. Otherwise, no complaints for rates.

Nice budget motel on the west side of town. room was kinda small, but the kitchenette had a full size stove and full size refrigerator with counter and stools. that is why I have given this motel 4 stars, otherwise I’d give it 3 stars. Parking outside the room door is nice. Single story so no one is above the room.
bathroom was small. Could barely turn around in the shower stall. commode and sink in bathroom.
Bed and pillows were typical motel firm but comfortable and clean.
Pet friendly but no on sight location to walk the dog. Nice city park across Hwy 50 to walk dog.
walking distance to downtown and local upscale restaurant that closes at 8:00 pm.
all though the motel is nice and clean, it is starting to look run down.

It’s never been a priority for me to stay in a five star hotel since all you do is sleep there but I do expect a clean comfortable stay from any motel. My expectations were exceeded by this well run family owned motel.
On the day I booked the room I received courteous phone service and was delighted that my dog can stay there as well. When I realized I won’t be arriving until after midnight they were willing to accommodate me and told me to ring the doorbell when I arrived. Luckily I made it before they closed the front office and I was finally able to meet the wonderful nice lady I’ve been talking to.
For a one queen bed room it was $ 55 plus tax. Much lower rate than many of the surrounding lodges. As we walked in we were pleasantly surprised to find a kitchen as well. The room was clean and odor free and the bed was comfortable to sleep in.
