Convenient location and a really nice room. Housekeeping leave much to be desired.
The first day, because I’d left items on the bed, it wasn’t made. The second day, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned.
I don’t minds the bed so much but I really needed toilet paper.

Could use an update, but very pleasant. Clean rooms, pool is nice. New manager was great in helping us try to make arrangements when we discovered 2 flat tires on our car and NO OPEN TIRE STORES anywhere in town. Great service in a town where customer service isn’t a priority…

Okay Hampton Inn… completely average. Carpeting in the hotel needs to be updated.
Also, I don’t know if this is the norm, but there were so many people staying there on a Thursday night, that I couldn’t get anywhere near the waffle iron or toaster in the breakfast area on Friday morning… nor could I find a place to sit down and eat.
It’s also worth mentioning that the manager, when I asked if I could check in a couple hours early, was kind of ugly about it, and told me without even looking in the computer that «there is no way that is going to happen.» I understand, but did he have to be so huffy/yucky about it?
It wasn’t my favorite Hampton Inn, but it wasn’t terrible either.

Unlike many other Hampton Inns:
No wifi in the room.
No refrigerator or microwave in the room.
Only two bath towels in room.
No ice machine on the third floor.
No complimentary bottled water for Hilton Honors members.
Priced too high for what you get.
We left a day early.

The staff is very friendly. Carpets need an update. Pool area small but nice water was very cold for being indoors. Walls and floor are very thin you could hear pretty good. TV reception was terrible. Breakfast bar was OK, Kissy who was running it was very cool. They have breads and cereals, waffle maker and toaster. Your choice of juice bar and coffee bar. They had oatmeal, yogurts, fruits, ect…
Over all not bad. We had a good time.
