A small location, but stocked with just enough inventory that chances are they’ll have just what you’re looking for.
Staff is also very friendly and attentive. They’ll certainly help you out with anything you might need. They’ll also do their best to help you & still get you out & on your way in a timely manner. That’s just how I like my shopping experience to be!

I love my VANS but the employees here… I asked for a size 12 authentic regular black shoe and the guy took at least 15 minutes getting it for me and disappeared. After waiting for 15 minutes I left. Love the shoes here but the staff not so much.

I had to return a pair of shoes since I bought the wrong size for my daughter. Unfortunately, I accidentally threw away the receipt. When I told the cashier (yes, cashier) that, instead of being nice, her response was, «it ain’t going to happen». She looked young, so I will just «blame» it on her age. What happened to customer service? Do these people hate their job that much? Just proves stores will hire anybody without caring if they actually have any people skills! Never going back again! Now I understand why people just order on line!

Terrible customer service. Ask for a pair of shows and two employees are yelling across the floor about personal stuff with a line 12 people deep. Guy with gage earrings wasted 5 min climbing a ladder and wiggling it across the floor instead of actually helping. VANS makes good shoes but needs to get rid of half the staff for people that actually want to work.

Vans has been a SoCal staple for over 45 years. You can’t possibly be living in SoCal and not own a pair of Vans. But if you seriously don’t have one yet, stop by at this store (1st floor Topanga Plaza) and check out their many selections. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are always ready to help, making sure you leave with a nice pair of kicks.
