We needed a unit for our business due to an unexpected emergency. The leasing staff was very informative and expedited our move in within one week. Lee, the manager explained the rental agreement and Crystal was prompt with the paperwork. The units were clean and the move in was easy. I definitely recommend this company if you have a small business or are just starting out.

WOODLAND HLS, CA
DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THIS COMPANY !!! They are worse than the IRS, DWP and Chase Bank ! The property manager Lucy has the IQ of a 6 year old. They are impossible to deal with on even the most simple transaction. There is NO customer service.
Beware even if your unit is spotless upon terminating your lease they WILL come up with a reason to keep your deposit…
