Smart Stop — excellent customer service, fast and efficient work. I have referred several people there and everyone says the same thing –excellent place, excellent work. Billy is amazing! Very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what needs to be done. By far best repair shop in the Valley. Met a customer while there who drives from Gardena because of their work. That just shows how good their work is. Highly recommended.

I came here desperate and tired from a long day of work. I didn’t want to pay for the fee to get my phone replace. I was in desperate need to know what was wrong with my phone. I Google something near me and this store came up. I found Billy and he was giving me so many choices of what to do with my charge less phone. He was telling me there might be something extremely bad with the charger port. Until he cleaned my phone and the charger worked again. Billy looked like a super hero to me… I know I know a little ridiculous but I was having a first world problem crisis. He didn’t want to charge me for just cleaning my phone I still gave him something for walking in 10 minutes before closing. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend any other place. Please come here!

I recently had dropped my iPhone and the screen shattered. Went to this location and Mark was extremely helpful. He tested out the screen, the lock button, the volume, and whether or not the phone could make phone calls. The whole process took about 15 minutes. In the event that I or a friend unfortunately have a shattered screen I will be coming here.

This is a great place to get your phone repaired. There is ample parking and amazing customer service where the customer is always right. Richard provided excellent service on my phone and informed me of the process of phone recovery. The price for the repair was very reasonable and was extremely satisfied of this upstanding business.

Great costumer service, friendly staff, fast service, highly recommend brought in my daughters iPhone to fix the lock button. Update 5 stars changed to 2 due to the fact that the phone started malfunctioning .The same day I tried to pick up the phone the guy told me that he had broken the screen of the phone and had to order a new one. When I paid I was offers a discount if I wrote a positive review on Unilocal which I did and maybe I should had waited to see how the phone would function first anyways I do not recommend this place at the end had to buy my daughter a new phone.

How about «not very SMART STOP». Called twice to ask if they have a GENUINE Apple owm macbook air charger. The salesman reassured me twice that they indeed did have it and it was a genuine Apple product and not a replica third party china manufactured one. Sure enough i drove all the way there and what did i find?! A non Apple macbook charger! Thanks a lot Smart Stop.

Called a few places this morning. Once I called this shop and spoke to David, I knew I had to take it here. David was very professional and friendly over the phone.
The other shops had employees thar didn’t sound enthusiast at their job over the phone.
I tooked my phone in around 430pm and it was ready by 630pm
So far the phone looks well with the LCD and screen fixed. Gotta love Vegas trips. Lol.
Prices are very competitive. Friendly and fast service. Definitely would refer anyone who needs a phone or electronic device fixed to come here.

One-​on-​one service that makes you feel like you are shopping somewhere neighborhood friendly, instead of some big box retailer. I just got a new phone, so I was merely accompanying a friend, but he was generous, thoughtful and highly professional when dealing with something that can be so traumatic for a person (broken phone screen!). I will definitely remember them the next time I need accessories for my phone.

Great place! I was looking everywhere for a place to repair my iPhone for less than 100, considering I’ve broken it so many times, and I came across Smart Stop. They were offering a coupon if I checked in and I obviously used it. I ended up saving a lot of money and my fixed screen was well worth the money I spent. Great service. My phone was done within 15 minutes and most importantly, I left happy. I highly recommend going to this place for phone covers, fixing, etc. 5 stars!
