I went to get some frozen yogurt and there was two employees and they were both really rude! These two girls had such bad customer service AND a bad attitude! She also threw me my change on the counter, I just wanted to jump over the counter and punch her in the face! I asked them for there names and managers name and number and they said they were in charge?! Here’s something gross; I saw one of them drop a container with cereal and she scooped it up and placed it in the topping section, GROSS! then she grabbed a cleaner and started spraying all around the toppings!!! And to top it of there was fruit flies in the fruits, SONASTY. Never coming here ever again. And I will get in contact with there management if its the last thing I do!

The management sucks!!! So fake and they don’t care about the employees. And I don’t even see the employees wash their hands? What! Crazy place.

A little too pricey for what you get. This is the only store that doesn’t give sample cups out. Most of the other yogurt places I’ve been to have their sample cups readily available… ps heard the manger arguing with his employee, totally ruined my yogurt.

Just stopped by and got some plain tart well it tastes just like it’s name plain I’ve been to a couple yogurt places and would not spend my money here again. The shredded coconut is dry and the cherries were old maybe they should check the expiration date more often bottom line is save your money there is pink berry in the mall too !!!

It’s a pretty typical yogurt place. I’m assuming that most of the people working their are college students so I don’t expect«great» service, but some girls need to get better training for customer service.

Pretty decent frozen yogurt for it be in the mall. While waiting for my watch to be repaired, I grabbed a lil froyo. I was pleasantly surprised and the price wasnt bad either. They have a little seating area. It could have been cleaner, but there were enough places to sit otherwise.

I somehow forgot how good frozen yogurt is? I was offered a sample and they had my favorite flavor. TARO! It was good, it hit the spot instantly so I decided to buy some. The Cookies & Cream is also really good. It’s by ounces which is good and bad, it just depends on what you want. I tend to get heavy toppings like lychee. can’t help it. I am a lychee lover. The location is convenient for me when I’m shopping, the staff could be more friendly but what can you do? I just want my froyo to go, yo. :P

Had some frozen yogurt from here today. Got birthday cake and cappuccino flavors and tossed some cheesecake and brownie bites onto it. The yogurt was tasty and so were the toppings. At $ 0.39 per ounce, the price wasn’t bad either. A couple of gripes though: they’d run out of the smaller sized cups and only had the JUMBO ones that could hold 3 days worth of froyo, I kid you not. The gal behind the counter said she’d subtract the weight of the cup before weighing the yogurt, fine and good right? Wrong. Apparently, trying to put less into the cups didn’t work well for me as I ended up overdispensing and could barely even finish it, and that NEVER happens ’cause I like me some froyo! The girl behind the counter was nice but apparently they’ve got an issue with handing out sample cups. They have to come out and dispense the sample for you. Maybe they had a problem with people being cheap, trying all the flavors and then not buying anything, or maybe people just don’t know how to dispense sample sizes without making a mess, either way, it was a little strange, since I’m used to trying my own samples at Menchie’s without having to ask anyone. Their yogurt tastes good and they’ve got a few little tables by their stand to sit at and enjoy your treat, which is nice. I’d let adults get their own samples though. How to pronounce the name of the place? Don’t ask me.

Typical yogurt place near sears on the first floor. The people working here are not very friendly, but it is self serve so it doesn’t really matter. Typical prices and flavors. Overall, just okay.

The Topanga Mall for whatever reason doesn’t seem to be able to get frozen yogurt right. This is the fourth frozen yogurt place in the last few years and it’s nowhere near the frozen yogurt shops in other places nearby. There was a Bericup next to Macy’s which is now a marketing research company called Opinions. Twinkles was upstairs near Sears and it’s gone now. Prinkipia also came in near Sears. Just last year, there was a serve yourself conveyor belt sushi restaurant at the bottom of the escalator but it went under and there’s no evidence it was even there — it’s a tile floor again. Prinkipia is near the Foreign Exchange and other clothing stores. They do well because of their great location but everything about it is forgettable. They give out sample cups which of course everyone wants to try because it’s sweet and free. Recently, I took a sample cup and decided to purchase yogurt. However, their employees were standing in front of the yogurt machines with samples and crowds gathered so I couldn’t access the yogurt dispensers. Yeah, paying customers were blocked by non-paying people. That makes no sense. The yogurt is mediocre. It’s not very sweet. The labels on the machines look like a Yogurtland franchise but theirs is better. The toppings also were limited. There just aren’t that many. I don’t typically like Pinkberry but I hate to say this place isn’t as good as Pinkberry … which is the other remaining frozen yogurt place near the carousel.

This is a new yogurt place at the mall and I decided to give it a try. Been here twice cause I believe to always give a place a second chance. I wanted to try a sample so I asked for a sample cup. The guy was holding that sample cups in his sweaty hands. That is just a big no-no for food service. After I saw that I went ahead and decided not to get a sample but just buy some yogurt and again that guy decided to touch the inside of the cup with his hands. The second time I found a hair in my yogurt and that was so disgusting I will never go there again.
