Excellent staff. Very clean and easy to browse store. (except some of the items on the window display) Ricki and the other young lady (I think her name was Erica) took right care of me. I came in with an issue with my bracelet chain and they actually just replaced it for me. No charge. No questions asked. They gave me a complimentary cleaning and polishing and re-​charmed my bracelet.

I never shopped here before but my boyfriend got me a beautiful charm bracelets and he took me back there and got me 3 more charms and the women who helped us was really nice and even showed me how to put the bracelet on my self easily she was very helpful

Horrible horrible horrible customer service !! I stood there for 20 minutes without being acknowledged and when I asked to see something in the case when she wasn’t busy anymore, the lady continued to be soooo SLOW and then just forgot about me in the end! I would of bought something if someone would have actually helped me but instead I walked out so upset!

My boyfriend bought me a Pandora bracelet & necklace for Christmas two years ago. Because I wear them daily, the lotion, the sweat, etc. The bracelet and the charms look dull. :(
I brought my Pandora bracelet & necklace to the store and asked if they could clean them for me. YES, THEY WILL DO IT WITH NO CHARGE! What a great customer service!
They use the machine to clean the jewelry. The staff who was helping me is super sweet, she even took time to brush each charm for me.
After 30 minutes… my Pandora bracelet & necklace — SHINNING!!! All bling bling again~ This definitely put a BIG smile on my face! :D
