I usually tend to stay away from panda express but my friend convinced me to try their orange chicken and now i’m hooked. I like to eat it by itself because fried rice without egg is not fried rice. Do ask them to give you the small pieces of orange chicken so they are bite-sized.

This is for the panda inside topanga mall! It’s horrible and portions are tiny tiny!!! Worst when it’s busy esp over weekends…

The food is meh but what do you expect from a fast food Chinese restaurant. The food is less than mediocre and the prices at this location are high compared to other similar restaurants. They even charge you $ 0.50 for a refill and that is just wrong considering the cups are not that big to start with. They don’t even have kids meals at this location and that is a bummer. I personally would not eat at this location ever again due to not having kids meals and they charge for refills.

The servers are polite and friendly, but the food I had rates 1 star. I was bummed because panda express is my safe choice. At the mall I expected fresher food due to the line and turn around. Bummed just bummed :(

A joke. Some really rude customer service, this individual handling my food firstly gave me too little of servicing basically half! Then I ask for me, this«@33» then decides to give me 2 extra tiny pieces and he did it so slowly. I give him a look and tough guy says nothing, soon as I move to the cashier mr tough guy starts talking smack to his coworkers in Spanish, genius didn’t know I spoke Spanish. Terrible service and this place needs to reevaluate what kind of people they have work here.

Because this branch is very busy, their food seem more fresh than other locations but still not that great.

Over flowing trash cans. Old veggies. Broken soda machine. And no paper towels in restroom.

Open at 10am. I arrived at 10:20. Was turned away by cashier. Said the registers were not open yet. Never coming here for lunch again.

Friendly staff. Did you know you could split fried rice & steamed veggies as you side dish?!? We didn’t until we came here! That blew our mind! The staff was also very friendly which was nice as I’ve delt with some very grumpy/tired Panda employees over the year. We came here towards the end of the night & they were still cranking out fresh, delicious foods where as other locations at the food court seemed to just be serving what they had left in stock. Thanks for thinking that we’d actually want fresh food, Panda. You’re the best.

Panda panda panda… yum yum yum!!! I occasionally will get a craving for this place. It never fails. The food is always fresh and if it is not a new batch is being made while your there. I really like how they offer you to try any of their side dishes. I personally always get the same thing here, orange chicken, half chow mien have fried rice. I’m a happy camper when Panda and i meet, lol!

Food is ok, fast food Chinese, have only eaten at Panda twice in my life but I am compelled to leave a strong review for the girl greeting and serving. I went back up to see her name tag and WENDY, with her high pitched voice, is over the top(in a great way) friendly and courteous. I’m writing this as I dine here and watch her work. If I owned a business I would want this girl front and center working for me. I genuinely hope management reads this and appreciates her. No I don’t know her and I have never been to this store before.

I feel this place is overpriced. $ 12 for express food? The taste is just so so. The good thing is that this place is located in a big mall so you can shop&eat

I love Panda Express. Yes I know there are so many Chinese restaurants I could opt for. But, I always know what kind of taste I am going to get and I see them and the kitchen they are cooking from. Always clean and fresh! Can’t go wrong!

The best ant the fastest Chinese take out ever. Service is also good. I really love the honey sesame chicken and the orange chicken. It’s yummy always. The best part is the chow mien. It’s like comfort food.

Just your typical Panda Express… nothing really stands out at this location versus all the others I’ve been to… I suppose that’s the point of a chain restaurant.

My favorite fast food joint by far… I think i gained 50lbs just with them. Their store is very clean. and they even offered me my OLD fried rice back! They are always hiring which i love… help out the economy… The staff was friendly… and the tables weren’t dirty… I don’t like the parking lot really… but thats not their deal

I prefer to rate fine dining but sometimes a fast food chain can benefit from some constructive criticism. This location varies in quality from one shift to another and from day to day depending on who is cooking the food as well as the monitoring of the cooking process. I feel that this location suffers from the lack of training and cooking experience that is placed on each of the individual cooks(not chefs) I watched the Shanghai Angus dish beeing cooked from scratch and had to bite my tounge as I watched the onion and mushroom go into the wok @ 3 minutes before the asparagus. This is seriously wrong. Asparagus should go in with the beef to insure proper(a dente) cooking. The onions came out over caramelized, the beef came out stewed, mushrooms burnt and rubberywhile the asparagus was still raw with only 40 seconds of total cook time. It would be nice if they could give some propper culinary education to the cooks in order for them to take some pride in their work.

Fast service and their food was on point. My bad for ordering all mixed veggies. I got hungry fairly quickly after.
