No selection. Customer service feels more like Sear’s or at best, Macy’s. Definitely not a luxury shoe brand. Which always shocks me when ppl work at places they can’t afford to shop, but act as if they’re zsa zsa Gabore. It’s pretty hilarious and odd.

Horrible customer service but Beverly Hills is great. Employees working at this location are very rude and disrespectful…

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service here is disgusting. I work in the mall and I will make sure to let people know about this. The man in the front with the baggy suit and glasses is dryer than toast. He doesn’t smile or greet you. I walked in there twice and he just looked at me. His job is absolutely unnecessary. When I walk into a high end store like that, you need to acknowledge me. Then the woman who work there are absolutely terrible. The lady with the glasses and bun gave my cousin and I a look as if we were poor. When she found out my cousin was serious about buying the shoes for her wedding, she started to kiss our a$$ because she knew she was getting a sale. They didn’t have my cousins size so she ordered it and asked me to pick it up when it arrives since I work at the mall. When I went to pick it up, the same man didn’t greet me and the broad in the back had no idea what shoe was my cousins. They had NONAMEONTHEORDER. She was investigating with me to find out if it was the right shoe. I’m sorry, but if we’re spending $ 900 on an order, you better have our name on the damn box. This store is ridiculous and the customer service makes me want to throw up.

I am determined to never shop at this Jimmy Choo location ever! I came in with my mom who is a huge Jimmy Choo customer, we always shop at the jimmy Choo at south coast plaza with best customer service. Today we decided to check out the Topanga location for the first time and it was the worst mistake. Specifically The two associate working Sunday June 8 at 4:30pm(man and women) just stood at one spot talking to each other and the man was just texting. We weren’t the only customers in there and there were many other dissatisfied customer. After we left finally I look back and I saw the woman associate finally look up and start laughing at the customers leaving. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would.

Rundown — Horrible customer service Actually, this place is so horrible that i don’t even want to waste my time explaining. If you’re able to get someone to help you, have them help you figure out your size is and then just go to the department store in the mall and get it there! I would never recommend that anyone actually buy something at this location.

POOR customer care. I will definitely NOT buy another single item from this store or recommend. never ever order shoes online! you can never return or exchange your order to their actual Jimmy Choo boutiques. If you have issues with your shoes, even if you have only worn them«once», They will not consider any refunds or exchanges. In store or online. I purchased 2 pair of nude patent leather sandals Kept one(with straps). Recently mailed one back because they are so uncomfortable. They slip off my feet. Yes, the shoes are my correct size. I even put those adhesive pads in the back(heel), but shoes won’t still stay on. I have to literally drag the shoes, as if I were roller skating, because once I lift my feet/legs off the ground, shoes will just come right off. I wanted quality shoes, so I thought I’d try Jimmy Choo, WRONG! Big disappointment! keeping a($ 400.00+) four hundred dollar cork low heel wedge sandals that I can NOT even wear is absolutely not practical. Arrrhghhh! I should have bought another YSL or Valentino sandals! No wonder Jimmy Choo boutiques are always empty, THEYSUCK!!!

This is by far my favorite shoe store ever! They are always so nice here, which is a huge breath of fresh air after visiting the Rodeo Drive location where they’re extremely stuffy. I drive all the way to the valley from Beverly Hills to shop here due to their outstanding customer service. They have a sale closet in the back that usually has a decent selection of shoes at 50% off. I also ordered my wedding shoes here and Jon was beyond helpful. There were only two pairs of the style I wanted left in the world and Jon helped find a pair for me and get it shipped from Chicago stat. Now that’s customer service! :) This Jimmy Choo store definitely exemplifies how customer service at a high end store truly should be done.

What an awful experience I had at this specific location. Last Saturday afternoon I had gone to the mall with my mom to purchase shoes for my upcoming wedding. I fell in love with a pair of Jimmy’s from Nordstrom and proceeded to purchase them. The following day I returned to the mall with a friend to complete more bridal errands. As we were passing Jimmy Choo’s boutique I asked my friend if we could stop and take a look at the shoes I had purchased the day prior. This store has two sections. We strolled around the front section of the store for a couple minutes. I found it odd that no one had come to the front of the store to help us. As we walked in the back section of the store I was appalled to witness two female employees lounging on the shoe displays. You would think they would get up to help their customers. Not even!!! They remained seated on the SHOE display… for crying out loud! The two employees both gave us an uninterested look and one of them rudely said«The sale rack is over there if you’re interested» gave a brief gesture and then turned quickly to continue non-business related conversation with her fellow co-worker. I thought to myself are you kidding me. I just dropped $ 1500.00 on a pair JC’s yesterday and this is how they are going to treat me. These are the employee’s that are representing Jimmy Choo? I’m not usually the complaining type but that disgusting behavior is something that must be addressed with the corporate office. I felt like I had walked into a scene from pretty women. These employees are rude and very unprofessional.

Hi my name is Roxy and i’m a Jimmy Choo addict! Simply put, you really get what you pay for and my friend you do pay! Their bags are well made with high end frabrics and skins. Their shoes are comfortable and last forever! Their sales staff(no matter what location your at) are always super nice, know the product and don’t have attitude. I am esp fond of the Topanga Mall loation. They have a great selection, and super friendly and helpful staff!

Beautiful shoes(love the Glenys!) and bags. Friendly employees(especially love Schyvonne, the manager) who help but don’t pressure. The only negative is that some of the merchandise can be found on sale at Nordstrom(Neimans doesn’t carry JC for some reason). Hard to pay full price if you can get it cheaper. Nice store though!
