Are the Nike air max tavas a limited shoe or something?! ive been to 3 foot lockers and finish lines and no one has them to top that off the service here is horrible literally standing in front of 2 employees while the laugh and talk to each other and ignore me, i had to tap one of them on the shoulder to ask for the shoes and than get this so on there website said they had the shoe, but it was still on a pallet, the guy told me he couldn’t get it cause he had to break down the pallet in order to do so, so wait your telling me you would rather lose a sale than go in the back get the shoes off the pallet OK that’s fine ill get them somewhere else

It’s funny as I had a complete different experience than most if the other reviewers. My dad and I went in here for some shoes and the sales staff took their time to walk us through the different shoes based on our comfort levels. They were very patient with us as we tried on almost 8 different types of shoes. We both ended up buying a pair and definitely would come back.

Very rude manager! Her name is Alex and she couldn’t give any consideration to give the discount to the veteran who is really old. She just went there to get a shoe for her employer! This manager should be fired! She doesn’t know how to be a good customer service! The veteran almost had an asthma walking out the store because of this rude manager!

Usually the young sales reps are pretty nice and patient when we are buying jays for my three year old, but there is this one young Filipino guy(I know he’s Filipino because I’m Filipino also) who walks around and doesn’t greet customers who we unfortunately got stuck with. Look out for him. He works weekends and has a high fade. Talks in monotone. No eye contact. Actually, it’s more of a permanent eye roll. We have been to the store a few times in the last year and when we see this particular gentlemen my husband and I laugh because we know he must hate his job. Seriously, if you’re gonna be a lil jerk to customers don’t bleeping work in customer service. I can’t wait to get a picture of him. Last time I was close but he turned to look at us. Shocker! Since he really doesn’t look at anyone walking in, but this is just how bad his service was that I just had to write about him after seeing him the other day. I’m gon’ getcha sucker! Maybe later today…

I went in to return a pair of shoe I had purchased for a gift and they were to big. Vince immediately asked us if we needed help, he was very helpful and attentive. The store was pretty full with people and eventhough he was also helping others he would come back and check on us. I was very pleased with my visit at this footlocker… Thanks Vince!

Do yourself a favor, order on line or go to another store. These people do not care about customer service, they stand around, talk to each other and completely ignore the customers. I am the customer and it is not my responsibility to understand the employees, it is their job to DOTHEIRJOB! Please read all the reviews for the location and if you have half a brain you will see a pattern! Don’t blame the victim, please place the blame on those who are to blame, not the people who take the time to warn others about the experience! The manager Vince, is the most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered and he could careless about the professionalism of his employees! Horrible example of how to treat customers. This store is pathetic and I will never return. Ok I must say there is ONE individual in this store that knows merchandise and is customer service oriented and that is Winston. The rest need to be let go and a whole new team should be hired! A team who likes to work and not stand around, flirt and speak in their native tongue.

I don’t know why I expected Foot Locker to have mens black and white Nike Elites during Christmas. God forbid they stay in stock on such an essential. What’s more annoying is searching the store high and low to finally ask for help and get a un-enthused employee pointing in a general direction. Thanks for the non service.

This is the goto footlocker in the valley. Hoh has everything u need. Instead of complaining about service, we need to understand how busy the employees get. But overall, when it comes to organization and product availability, hoh is always on top. Become a familiar face and they will treat u well! Shout out to Vince snd the team for putting up with all the sneakerhead demands.

Very rude manager — talks in a very un-respectful way We used a gift card and when we returned the item they gave us back only a «marked down» store credit — i.e. you can only use the card for non marked down items or sell items

Just got new shoos, i got the wrong size and as soon as i got there to replace, they took care of me right away, they had all of the sizes, the place were super busy and i could see how the manger is handling all of the customers and his employees… good experience!
