This restaurant has amazing food everything I tried tease delicious … But unfortunately their costumer service sucks ! I rather get food from the prison lady than this people that work and own the place.

Only Chilean place in the Valley. Way better quality than El Rincon Chileno.
Great sandwiches, empanadas, sopaipillas and pastelitos con manjar.
Only downside is that service is slow but it’s good food.

I had the Italiano hot dog… Good hot dog but too much mayo and guacamole… I would try something different next time… if there is a next time

Discovered this place last night when browsing Grubhub. Absolutely blown away by the food. Incredibly delicious and very reasonably priced. I had the skirt steak and rice, and my husband had the ball tip steak and rice. Deliciously marinated and grilled, and the rice was amazing. I seriously could have just eaten a pound of the rice by itself. Also ordered a couple of beef empanadas which were savory and comforting. Everything tasted homemade. You can tell it was all made with love and they didn’t cut any corners. It was so good we are ordering again tonight!

I ordered them today. Even though they gave me the wrong order, they fixed it asap. Women who delivered was great. The food is amazing. Mhm I literally savored the food. The empenadas were on point delicious. I personally love the Shrimp & cheese ones. The spicy mash potato is my go-​to. Very good. French fries are good too. I will definitely order here from now on. So close to my work & they deliver which makes me even more pleased :)

Ordered cazuela and empanadas (beef, chicken, ham and cheese, and jalapeño and cheese) and couldn’t have been happier :) Fast delivery, much faster than was estimated. DELICIOUS!!! My friend said it’s the best soup she’s ever had :)

Im a born and raised Chilean, and have been living in the US for 15 years. I have to say, out of all the Chilean food business I’ve tried, this one by far has the best sandwiches and empanadas.
The empanadas look and taste fresh and the sandwiches look exactly as advertised in the menu pictures, they don’t skimp on anything when making them. The sandwiches come with a side of French fries which I didn’t care for bc they aren’t fresh fries, they are the frozen kind. The bread is very good, especially the «pan con chicharrones». Their pastries are not bad but I’ve had better… They do put a lot of Manjar in them which is good for those with a very sweet palate.
I only wish they would make fresh fries, they would have me there eating chorrillanas all the time
About the place, is small and a bit unassuming when u walk in, but to me is more about the food than looks. It has about 6 – 8 tables approximately.
You place your order at the register and they bring the food to your table. The prices are very reasonable.

The food and desserts are so delicious me and my family love this place!

Delicious empanadas de queso y pino! My favorite the pebre is so good and the fresh bread like the amasado just perfect, too bad they don’t have or make marraquetas i miss those!!!

Great food! But we come back for their empanadas. My favorite empanada is the plain cheese. It’s surprisingly delicious, especially with the tomato salsa.
Buuuuut, this place is Chilean. Everyone who works here either speaks Spanish only, or just enough to get by. They’re not attentive to customers if you’re not Spanish-​speaking, or if they don’t know you by face. That’s just my observation.
But it’s a good thing I’m considerate of the cultural and language differences between ethnic places and American brand establishments. Don’t come here if you’re a stickler for customer service only. Just don’t bother or you might judge them unfairly or give them a narrow-​minded review. Let’s face it. They opened their business to serve their Chilean community. I don’t think they thought too much about trying to make it mainstream and appealing to all races. So, try it for the food alone, and you will find that this place is good and worth your business.

Went to eat with my family and unfortunately the service is really bad each time I go it just gets worse only reason why I go is because of the food its bomb sadly service is the worst. Girl stays in back takes for ever to even take our order doesn’t ask if we need anything. Takes orders wrong.
I even sent another customer come up to ask a question while she was talking she was applying on makeup and even interrupted her to answer the phone .
Next time I’m calling for pick up never going to deal with her again.

Man oh man do I loooooooove this place. Best Chilean food in California! I lived in Chile for 3 month and mmmm this reminds me of my favorite place in chile. If you haven’t been to this restaurant before you have to try the steak sandwich called Churasco! This is the only restaurant I travel more than 30 miles for just to eat and I never regret it. The place is very clean and the customer service is awesome!!! 10 stars! Also make sure you order the Inca Cola as your drink goes perfect with the meal

The food here is delicious! The meat is perfectly prepared, the sandwiches are amazing. Not crazy about the salads but everything else you can’t go wrong. The empanadas are excellent specially the cheese and the shrimp. The place is small and the hours are limited, most of the staff is nice but there’s definitely some improvements needed on customer service. They close at 8PM I showed up at 7:15 and their chairs are already turned over the tables. They gave me only take out option. I do understand their limited staff but my suggestion change the time they close to earlier if they can’t take customers after 7pm.
Their party platers are awesome if you need to bring something to a party. All my friends loved the empanadas.
They always run out of their homemade hot sauce :/​
I give it a 5 star because the food is so good!

Good food although I wish they would expand their menu a bit more to include a few more traditional Chilean dishes.
Service needs a lot of improvement! Not necessarily welcoming but not the worst either.

Food is awesome.
Needs a little more charm to make it a date night destination.
Service is hit or miss, usually good.
BYOB no cork fee which is cool.
All in all, fantastic place for food and amazing desserts.
Since my last review they’ve made the place nicer, service is much better, food is still amazing!

Some things going on with this place plastic paper plates, plastic cups, plastic utensils and the service in the food was horrible not coming back .
I don’t recommend this restaurant it says its supposed to be authentic Chilean food horrible, I recommend Rincon Chileno in Melrose Ca, it’s a drive but its well worth it if you’re looking for authentic Chilean food.

A little piece of Chile in L. A! My boyfriend and I are from Chile and we have been travelling across the USA for about 3 months. When we knew that there was a chilean restaurant we got really excited! It’s just like home, the amazing churrasco italiano was perfect, the empanadas delicious and the pastries with a lot of manjar! We missed our delicious food, not too over spiced so yo can taste the real flavour of every ingredient. We definetly recomend it to everyone!!!

(+) Em-​pa-​na-​das — my favorites are the cheese (mmm that thick crust), shrimp and cheese, & the seafood ones. Love the cheesiness.
(+) Chilean salad, winning combo of the tomatoes/​onions… a must have with any meal here.
(+) Free bread, and it’s not your everyday average rolls. served warm and fluffy.
(+) Variety. The menu has sandwiches (churrascos), hot dogs (completos), and delicious entrees like the Chilean tamale (humitas) and grilled steaks etc. (parilladas)
(+) Another star for the large, hearty, crunchy, flaky empanadas!
Next visit I’d like to try the Chilean savory pie (pastel de choclo). This place is great and it’s always a struggle between Oi next door or here, can’t go wrong with either choice.

Visited on my break from work and loved it! The place is a little piece of Chilean culture with Chilean everything from novellas playing to the soda. The lady who helped me was very kind and helped me right away.
I ordered the shrimp & cheese empanada and the cheese empanada, which came to $ 4. My order took about ¹⁰⁄₁₅ minutes but the empanadas are made fresh to order so I wasn’t complaining. I kindly took my order to go and enjoyed them at work.
They’re pretty big empanadas– crispy & delicious! I expected like a special sauce or seasoning in the shrimp one, but it was literally just shrimp and cheese. For me though, crispy and cheesy were just what I was looking for! I’ll definitely be back for more!
