Being their customer for a long time, I needed help today for the first time ever and I received a horrible customer service.

This store is awesome! The store manager Joanna is very sweat and helpful! she always has a smile on her face and is willing to help in anyway! I practically live at BEBE and I keep coming back because of their great customer service. Thank you BEBE girls for making my shopping experience always great!

WORST costumer service ever !! Not only are their sales employees rude but their management is worse ! I’ve been a costumer of bebe for over 15 years and the service I recently received there was horrific. The quality of their clothes over the years has turned into cheap fashion clothing. If your customers are spending an average of hundreds of dollars in your store for cheap quality clothes, the least you could do is offer quality service. I’m gonna try out Sherman Oaks bebe. Hopefully their staff is much more friendly and professional !

I don’t know all the girls here, but the ones I do know, i just love! I don’t know them all by name but the manager, I think her name is Johanna, she is the sweetest. Always helpful and I love talking to her. I come here all the time, as I live down the street, I spend lots of time here. I love my bebe girls :)

Soooo I would like to provide feedback on how I was just treated at the Topanga Mall location in Woodland Hills, CA. I called Bebe to confirm if a dress was in stock in my size. I checked online first to get the style number for the associate however the dress is now missing on the site, so I called in hopes of an associate to assist me. A gentleman picked up the phone(I did not get his name) and I asked politely if the maxi multicolored dress is in stock, I do not have the style number because it is now missing from the site, he has an abrupt sarcastic response ‘well I cant look it up without a style number we have so many different color maxi dresses’ My immediate reaction was wow he didn’t ask me to describe the dress, or maybe the length, color anything he just rejected my request. Then I said well yes I understand that but the dress is now missing from your site. He then said ‘hold on’ and placed me on a 15 minute hold. I held because I would like to wear this dress to an anniversary function. He picks up the phone and says thanks for holding but can you call back in 5 minutes. I am truly disappointed in this treatment. I am a loyal customer of Bebe for years since my early 20’s(I am now 31) this has been to my go to shop for fun outings and I was shocked at the treatment a customer received over the phone now I have chosen a dress from BCBG,. When I called their store the sales associate immediately knew the dress I was speaking of, asked my name, shoe size and advised they would place it on hold for me for tomorrow and I needed anything else to simply call back. This showed the level of customer service versus this store.

As cute as the clothes are customer service is completely nonexistent. Maybe it’s just me, but sales clerks should maybe put their cell phones away while working. Novel concept, I know.

Normally I don’t shop at Bebe due to the pricing and sizing however, I was on the look out for a dress and as soon as I saw this dress in the window, I wanted it and needed it. They only had a small which I thought wouldn’t fit and it is a bit tight but looks great! The sales staff offered to order the dress in a larger size when I asked and were overall very helpful. I love the clothing at Bebe and will definitely keep coming back.

Jeez-us. Of the 5 girls working in this store the night my friend and I went, I’d say only one of them was competent and could actually handle the line of customers waiting. The other four… well, let’s just say that nothing has changed since I was offered a job here back in college. There definitely still appears to be a lack of training and they definitely don’t seem to instill a sense of customer service at this location. Let’s just say that, in tough economic times, some store understand that you need to go a little more«above and beyond» what’s considered«normal» in order to gain new and retain old ones. Good luck, bebe…
