Can’t remember his name but he was a tall kid… badge said Manager-​In-​Training. Fast, friendly and made two killer sundaes. Used to go to the Platt one since it opened but will continue to go here… by the way, my family has been going here since the 1960’s. Whomever the owner is, you should give him the job asap. He will bring in a lot of return customers.

Ordered a birthday cake online for my daughter– easy process and ready as scheduled. Looked as expected and tasted yummy. She was surprised and very pleased.

This location not only is bad but the owner is not friendly at all. The associates at every nice and helpful but I don’t know how they can work there. Usually a bad selection of cakes and the area sucks.

Gotta say the 2 guys here Fazlul and Luis were very nice! Luis let my friend try a few flavors including a new Chai flavored one. By the time we were ready, Fazlul gave us our cones.
I of course stick to my favorite Chocolate Fudge, this time on a cone. Addicted!!!

We come here often, the service is always great. The staff is friendly, and works hard at getting to every customer I’m a timely manner.

I’m a true Unilocal follower. The ratings led me here, miles away from the store closest to my house on Ventura near Corbin. The two gentlemen who are working right now are nice, helpful, and as professional as one can be in an ice cream shop. As I walked in, I was asked if I wanted to try a sample and if I was aware of the «Tuesday family night special:½off individual scoops?» I decided to go with the banana split that I came for, but was grateful to know about the special. Their scoops are reasonable sizes so you don’t feel like you’re getting cheated. So worth the drive. They even have 48, not just 31, flavors

I came in at 3:50 and it was so got surprised that there was no line and got the best service by a guy named Carlos, was very nice.

Ice cream is good.

My 7 yr old loves his baskin Robbins and that is all that matters.
He is a little more daring to try new flavors here.
Only downside is that its expensive, i mean come on now one scoop for $ 2.49

Ice cream, yum! My coworkers and I like to come here for dessert after eating lunch at Taco Reyes next door. No matter how full I am, there’s always room for ice cream. :)
My favorite flavor is mint chip, but the first time I got it, it tasted a bit icy, like the ice cream had been frozen for a long time. Not sure if it was due to freezer burn or because the freezer was super cold, but I didn’t like how it was more icy than creamy.
The second time I went, I decided to go for Baseball Nut. I didn’t think I would like it that much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The vanilla ice cream was smooth and creamy, and the raspberry ribbons tasted fresh and fruity. I also like how the cashew nuts even had a bit of a crunch.
I got the kiddie cup, and it was quite a generous scoop of ice cream. :)
Only one person working at the counter at weekday lunchtime, so service is a bit slow when a bunch of us show up all at once. But they are still very generous with the tastings, and it’s nice to sit down and enjoy my dessert on a hot summer day in the valley.

Had a bad experience on my sons grad cake. Advertised was with hat and diploma and congratulations grad 2015, my father picked up the cake and when he brought it home everyone was there!!! Sad to say the letters were not there only hat and diploma, on the picture it had advertised with everything hat, diploma, lettering! !!! I spoke to the manager khersh and he said he was sorry and that he was gonna give me 3 $ off on our next cake WTF!!! I ALREADY HAD A FUCKING COUPON FOR 3 DOLLARS!!! ITS THE MEMORY THAT HE DOESNT GET THAT MEANS MORE TO ME THAN ANY 3 $!!! I EVEN TOOK A PIC OFF THAT SAD CAKE!!! BELIEVE ME THIS IS NOT THE END…

This is purely on the customer service. I arrived at 940pm on a Tuesday night. I believe they close at 10… We were craving a pint of strawberry cheesecake. However I guess the young guys there were getting ready to close so more than half of their ice cream was already put away. They didn’t want to go to the back to get me the strawberry cake ice cream. 20 minutes before closing and they acted as if they were closed. Thanks Michael, according to him that was his name, for the great customer service! Not.
The ice cream selection is good thou. :)

This place is great. They are very helpful & friendly. & the ice cream is always delicious! my current favorites are candy corn & trick oreo treat! You need to try them!

Baskin Robbins Ice Cream is ALWAYS good! This location has the very best service though. Employees are attentive and eager to help … always providing samples of the latest flavor. I have been coming to this location religiously for at least 18 years … they have had the same ownership for all that time and I can highly recommend you come here for your ice cream fix!

I’m not a big ice cream fan, but my boyfriend was craving it so we decided to stop by this location due to it being nearby.
The moment I stepped I couldn’t stop wondering what the funky smell in the room was. I just made an assumption that it could be a customer, but it lingered so bad I was ready to walk out.
When my turn was up to order, the place was so loud I had to repeat myself five times to have the employee understand what I wanted.
My boyfriend ordered a shake and I requested a sundae. Forgive me if I’m wrong, but making shakes isn’t rocket science. This guy puts in one scoop and practically the entire bottle of milk and when he realized he messed up adds two more scoops to the already made «shake» and hands it to me like nothing.
I’m usually not one to care, but when I’m paying as much as I am for a simple shake I could make at home, I’d love for it to be done right.
My sundae wasn’t amazing either. I asked for fudge and got what seemed like hard cholocate that you put in the fridge when you accidentally left it in the heat.
They had a banana that looked like it was spoiling on the counter, and I somehow stepped in gum inside the vicinity.
I would give it no stars if possible the most I could give was two for their willingness to fix my boyfriend’s drink, but I wasn’t pleased with the look on the employee’s face as if I was asking for too much.
Definitely taking my business somewhere else.

I come here often! The guy that works here (might be the owner) always offers a sample and offers other things. I know his just trying to get customers but his really nice even though it always looks like his sad, he deserves the good customer service award:) he always ends up giving me coupons too!
I really enjoy my sundae even more when an employee gives something with a good attitude and service. I recommend anyone to come here, there’s usually always parking.

I figured all Baskin Robbins are created equally. However, I was really impressed by my visit here.
I’ve been to the other local BR’s without much surprise. Service is usually mediocre to poor while the ice cream is excellent.
Walked in here and a young man behind the counter was super attentive to my needs and helpful. I wanted a quart and he advised me on a promotion to buy two of them so I did. I tipped him even though the tip jar was nowhere near where I was. Easy decision because service was above and beyond.
My diet would prefer me not to return but I will.

You never can go wrong with Baskin Robins aka 31 flavors! The staff are always friendly, caring and always willing to give you so much samples of ice cream. They always let you know about their deals and promotions!
On my lunch break, I always get the chocolate chip ice-​cream!
Even, their ice cream cones from the machine are pretty good!
Tuesday nights are the nights to be here! $ 1.50 (one-​scoop)

This place has been here soo long and always have a good service. I am not a big ice cream fan but, when it’s hot is nice.

My father takes my kids to Baskin Robbins every Tuesday. Kid’s scoop is 1.00
I’ve ordered all my kids’ birthday cake here. One time I placed an order for 2 large sheets of ice cream cake for my son’s 15^th birthday and they got it done in 4 to 5 hours. I was impressed! I had forgotten about it.
I work just down the street so sometimes I do drive here and get 2 scoops of Jamoca Almond Fudge. Then I go back to work HAPPY!
The staffs are great, always letting you tastes new flavor ice cream.
