Last night our heat pump stopped working. It is February and the house became cold quickly. I called Ron this morning and tonight my husband and I are in a warm house.
Reasons I will always call Coast Heating and Cooling: Ron was here before the appointment time, our job took longer than expected as the necessary part was across town. Rather than return tomorrow, Ron drove through rush hour for the part so he could fix the heat pump and we would be comfortable .
