I stopped in for a quick tamale and coke and I was suprised to see this place making hundreds of fresh tortillas. I prefer corn husk over banana leaf but I;ll have to say thier chicken tamale wrapped in banana leaf was a real suprise. Passion, dedication and no short cuts always make the best food and it shows in their tamale. I’m going to guess the tacos and other items off their limited menu are probably going to be high quality as well. I’m going to go out on a limb and give them four stars and this is going to be a regular pitstop when I’m in Canby.
