It’s a local favorite. If you’re looking for the typical diner with pages upon pages of menu items, don’t bother here, and go up to Main St to the Villager. Quaint and local minded; I love Lafayette. You get a hearty breakfast and you can see all the ladies through the little service window cooking your meal. Stop in if you’re in the mood for some old fashioned diner goods!

Mediocre diner food with a very limited menu. No soda fountain is a negative in my book.

Beloved diner here in town. They try to use local ingredients and they bake their own bread and make their own fruit topping for the pancakes. Overall this place is a win. They also use local grits(not instant) but up north, they just don’t know how to make them. I suspect they pre-make them and reheat them when an order comes in and they come out gelatinous.
