Came in and got some cookies today. It was a last minute decision but hey my kids love cookies and I love putting smiles on their faces. I pointed order and rolled out. It did take longer then I excepted but it was near closing time so no biggie.

Your canal winchester location in ohio has been the worst experiance! We came specifically for the french onion soup, which they said they discontinued it. Then we order different items which is fine, but then they were out of french baguettes, so we had to get chips, then they were out of the cup sizes we ordered, then out of the chicken noodle soup we ordered, as well as the bread bowls. Then out of coffee, i mean who can run a good buisness without any of the things on your menu avaliable! I will not be back, my husband had not been to a panera bread in a while and asked me if it was worth it to go, i said yes, and regret my decision, if i could get back my 26 dollars for a meal i didnt want thatd be great.

I love Panera Bread in general but this location is horrendous. They are always out of bakery items, frequently rude, and unhelpful. Most other locations I’ve been to have very pleasant people working there, but this one is an exception. I would recommend driving the extra 15 minutes and heading to Panera Bread in Pickerington.

Yay for the Rapid Order Pickup! I’ve never had an issue with pickup time, but once they forgot my sides… boo for that, but otherwise, such a pleasant relief to have a quick lunch option compared to the Chipotle next door. Glad they haven’t caught the slow and inefficient bug that Chipotle has.

Fast and delicious! My two favorite things about Panera is the fact that the calories are posted and you can pick two! I love that this location has a drive thru.

I want to love this place, but every time I am disappointed. I get takeout for my husband and I weekly. Not once has my order been filled correctly. Missing baguettes, chips, croutons for onion soup, and this time they were out of two types of bread! I really hope the manager is reading these reviews and taking notes on the comments. I was hoping that the issues were just opening growing pains but things are not getting better. Its a shame because I really love Panera’s food but if you cannot get my order correct and you don’t have the basic ingredients to prepare my meal, I think Ill go elsewhere.

Constantly get the orders wrong. Service is terrible. Why is it that Canal has the worst place to eat. From the raw chicken at KFC to the worst Burger King in the history of BK. Sad

I love panera, and spend ALOT of money there as I travel a lot. This panera got my order wrong completely not once, but twice in a row! Missing chips, missing baguette, wrong sandwiches, and all we got was a pastry and half ass apology. Really disappointed in this new locations lack of attention to orders and not treating loyal customers properly. Most paneras I go to offer better tactics for making up for such constant headaches. Avoid this panera like a plague.
