terrible. slow. burned fajitas almost always. They DO NOT know how to wrap a burrito. My boyfriend asks for the tortilla on the side and he wraps it himself. they give you really small portions. I was there one time a little before they were going to close and AN EMPLOYEE ditched everyone in line so he could make his food and leave. I would give this negative stars if i could.

This location really started out good, but over time it has gotten bad. I’ve personally witnessed disinterested employees sagging in work uniform and having full fledged phone conversations behind the counter, been treated rudely for asking for extra rice, I’ve been served food in an aluminum cover wrapped in aluminum foil, because they had no cardboard food containers, they also had no napkins that day. They need to fire the mgr and like half the staff. I wish I could go there but it sucks. The food sucks, the employees are ghetto and rude, I choose to go to Tussing rd Chipotle, or Reynoldsburg they are both much better quality everything.

Slowest Chipotle in history of Chipotle’s. Don’t know why expect it to get better because it is always same and has been for over 2 years. Slow Slow Slow. Food typically good no complaints there.
Returned again today (several weeks from first review) still same. Slow slow slow. Nothing has changed. D$@n you chipotle for having good food or I would never come back here. Guess it was ¾ bowl day at Chipotle inCanal.

Soooooo slow!!! Terrible management! Line out the door. Employees checking their cell phones and chatting up customers. Managers are no where to be found. Line is so slow I think it’s moving backwards. PLEASE FIX THIS CHIPOTLE!

PLEASE CORPORATE COME TO THIS CHIPOTLE AND SEE FOR YOURSELF HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS.
I’ve been there multiple times and it’s taken SOOOO long to get through the lines no matter what time of day. I’ve been to chipotles where in the middle of rush hour they were fast.
It is rude to fill online orders after I have waited in line forever! Your process needs improving.
Other then that the food is standard so that is why I gave it a 2.

Service was poor, staff was rude and dismissive. Waited 30+ minutes in a line of maybe 15 people. Staff gave literally heaping portions of every ingredient to their «friends» and informed the rest of us that they were out of 2 main ingredients immediately afterward. Half the line left disgustedly as the manager snarkily told the someone «too bad» in essence. Just bad service. It’s not worth going to this Chipotle anymore. It’s off my list.

Food is obviously 5 stars but service at this location is consistently horrendous. Management needs to do some major house cleaning with the staff and get some happier and faster employees. The line always moves painfully slow and this last visit I realized a big reason for that is bc the call in orders r holding the line up for the people that r physically trying to order. Many of the employees move at snail pace and don’t seem to care they t at work and act miserable. Also they were out of kids milks, juice and we had To wait for the kids’ bags of chips to be made up.

Always the slowest chipotle. Has never been quicker than 30 minutes in line at this location. Terrible. Not worth it. It’s now off my list. I will go to tussing rd, Pickerington or lancaster from now on!!!

This is the slowest Chipotle ever. They rarely have more than 3 people behind the counter, including the one who runs the register, and the ones who make your orders are far from enthusiastic. Brice Rd or Pickerington locations are much better.

Worst Chipotle location ever. Always out of guac, RICE??, MEAT, drinks!!! Say what? We went yesterday when they opened at 11am. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for rice and guac? Said they were too busy making other things. Our last visit — no guac or drinks and the staff was being crappy with the customers asking for these things. Where is corporate? How has this not been addressed yet? It’s been the same issues since they opened. Horrible. Time for a change in management and staff. This makes the Chipotle name look bad. Never again.

I’ll give it two stars. Food is usually okay but the service lacks. It really just depends on what time of day you go. Afternoon shift (I’ve noticed) has been the most rude. The evening crew have been very nice but they sometimes really lack communication and run out of things easily. Like I said, sometimes are better than others.

Tomato salsa has improved, this location is still kind of slow at times. We have been quoted 90 minutes for online orders, actually waited and when arriving the order wasn’t even started. I would think a mature business like this could handle surges in orders a little better.
Food always tastes good and is fresh but it’s too much effort anymore to eat there.

I love Chipotle! I’m not a fan of the one in Grove City so I’m happy that we found this location since we live 5 min away. I have been to this location twice… The first time I was very satisfied but the wait time was so long! I went there again today… My husband did an online order and 40 min later I went to pick it up. When I got there they hadn’t started it yet… There was no line. so I was a little perplexed as to why it wasn’t ready. The great thing was that they had it done quickly and I was out of there in 5 min. Today the chicken lacked flavor… may have been an off day but will go back in a heart beat. Oh and every time I have been here the staff is very friendly!

I love chipotle. I loathe this chipotle! I live in canal and will drive to tussling rd or pickerington for the service and better food. When you call ahead there is an hour wait and they won’t work on it even if it is not busy. They constantly burn your food, have stale chips, or are out of something. It’s awful! Save your time, and money go somewhere else

How can they be so slow? This is the slowest Chipotle I have ever been to. They have 3 people working the line and 1 on the register. I timed the throughput at 1.5 minutes per customer. With 31 people in front of me when I got here, the wait is incredible. I’ve been waiting for 19 minutes and am halfway up the line. It’s a Sunday afternoon — not a busy time. This Chipotle is always backup up like this. This is not fast food. This is very slow food. The sit-​down Mexican place gets your food to you quicker.

This is the slowest Chipotle in the world. Food is good compared to Taco Bell. Watched 10 people leave because they were tired of waiting. Took 45mins to serve 18 people. I’ll be going to the one on tussing road from now on.

I agree with everyone, Worst speed of service by far that I’ve ever seen at Chipotle, which is know for it’s simplicity and quick lines. 12 workers and a line of 20 customers, took 20 minutes! Too much socializing by the staff amongst themselves and not any work towards the line of customers!

This chipotle is by far the worst service in the area. The line is always understaffed and it takes a good 45 minutes to an hour just to get your food. Needs new management to get staff working properly it seems avoid this location if you can

Food was pretty standard Chipotle which is always a good thing. The service here is very poor. This is one of the only Chipotle stores that I have visited where everyone just looks to absolutely hate their job. This last visit the moment we got to the counter to order we had to wait there while they prepped a huge fax order. That is fine, however after all that waiting, the moment we got to the register the cashier bagged all our stuff then went and proceeded to fill ten bags of chips before letting us pay! We were perplexed as we jus stood and waited for yet another five minutes.

Sad to say that I agree with the other reviewers. The service at this particular Chipotle location is in the top 2 of worst ever. I love Chipotle in general but this specific location is horrendous. I stopped at 3pm on a weekday and the line was at the door. Come to find out they were still cooking the rice and black beans. finally they just started making everyone’s orders and telling them to wait for the rice and black beans. Pathetic!
