Love everything about this place. Great sushi, a Gluten Free menu, bottomless mimosas on Sundays, great service. Only downside is I can’t help but spend $ 100 for two whenever I go.

I love my sushi! And this place doesn’t disappoint. They offer a nice assortment of rolls at a reasonable price, too. The wait staff was most cordial and despite the number of people waiting for a table they weren’t rushing us to eat and get the hell out. Watching the sushi chefs prepare their offerings was quite entertaining. Our waiter(Jeff) was punctual and very helpful. We’ll be back.

Favorite sushi place to go to during lunch time! Super good sushi and well priced bento boxes! Great service as well! I recommend their fried green tea ice cream with chocolate drizzled on top of it, super good!

Ridiculously expensive compared to some of the better, all-you-can-eat places in town. Guys behind the counter seemed to just go through the motions and not offer any type of satisfaction when I gave them my answer to, «How is everything?» Now I know better. That’s all I can say about it. Sorry for the honesty.

My husband & I go here for the amazing happy hour. It runs every day from 3−6pm and 10pm-close which is generous and a great deal for dinner! We like the edamame($ 3.50), California roll($ 4.50), and Cabo conspiracy roll($ 7). My husband is a fan of the poke tacos($ 6) as well. We will often go with Sapporo or Angry Orchard to drink($ 3.50). Everything has always been delicious, service is awesome, and, when it’s a nice day, the patio is fantastic. Sometimes there is live music across the street so you can eat your sushi and enjoy some tunes. We will definitely be back!

3 – 4 stars for their rolls, but they are on the pricey side for the portions so rounding down. This is an Americanized sushi rolls restaurant, but they also have ramen and lot of other dishes aside from sushi. My friends and I came in for dinner on a Sunday night and they were pretty busy around 6:15pm. Luckily, we were able to grab one of the last tables, and tried: –Geisha Girl(Spicy Tuna, Avocado, Topped w/Salmon, Lemon, Green Onion, Spicy Spy & Unagi Sauces, Tobiko, Macadamia Nuts, $ 15) & Savage Sarah(Spicy Crab, Avocado, Cucumber, Jalapeño Topped w/Tuna, Yellowtail, Salmon, Mango, Sweet & Sour, Unagi Sauce, Habanero Tobiko Green Onions, Sweet Potato Crisps, $ 17) [ : Yum, we enjoyed both of these rolls, with the Savage Sarah being the favorite of the two. The fish in both were fresh, and they were flavorful with the different sauces, but we liked the Savage Sarah more since it had the crunchiness of the sweet potato crisps. I would definitely get the Savage Sarah again(although it’s quite pricey), and would consider ordering the Geisha Girl again. –Rainbow(Crab, Avocado, Topped w/Five Kinds of Fish, $ 13, ): Good, but was lacking a sauce after eating the Geisha Girl & Savage Sarah. I probably wouldn’t get this again. Our server was very friendly, but also busy and we had to flag her down a couple of times to get more water, our check, etc. They have deals for Happy Hour and for Football Sundays, so worth checking out during those times. Parking shouldn’t be too bad in this area as long as you don’t go during the Sunday Farmer’s Market times since there is street parking available as well as the parking structure.

Came here with a couple of friends to try out the Happy Hour menu. Staff was really friendly and as we got there a little before the late night happy hour started(10:00pm), they were very accommodating in taking our orders a little early. Between 2 other friends and I, we ordered: Sweet Potato Fries($ 3HH): good, tasted as they should. The sauce made a great pairing but there wasn’t enough to go with the pretty large portion. I would recommend ordering this if you are drinking with friends. Shrimp Tempura Roll($ 6HH): OK, would skip next time. Cabo Conspiracy Roll($ 7HH): has jalepeno peppers on top and wasn’t as spicy as I thought. OK. Both rolls were very cheap and small in size, you get what you pay for I guess. Pork Gyoza:($ 5HH): good, but nothing amazing. Sake bombs are just $ 2.50 here! And you get to choose between Sapporo, Apple, and Pear bear. My friends really enjoyed the pear bombs and I thought it was good, but as a beer lover, I’d rather stick to traditional Sapporo. Towards the end of the night, they started serving our sake bombs in PLASTIC cups… when I dropped my shot of Sake into my cup, the cup just floated on top! Awkward, and looks very cheap and unprofessional. But again, it was only $ 2.50 so could I complain? I would only return to this place for the Happy Hour drinks. Probably would grab a bite elsewhere beforehand, cheaply made sushi usually isn’t worth it. If you are looking for a place for genuine sushi, this is not the place to go. But for cheap and fun times with Sake bombs with friends, head over here!

I’m not sure why I had my doubts about this place going into it. My wife had suggested it since we were nearby, so I begrudgingly agreed to go for lunch. It was really good. I had the tonkatsu ramen and it was delicious. Nice ingredients and broth. Good quantity. Excellent and my wife loved it as well. The little kids got a bento tray and loved theirs and the rolls that came were a mixed bunch — one was a take on California rolls with lime in it — lots of lime. I thought it was weird but my wife and nephew loved it. Whatever. The crab roll had LOTS of crab piled on it and I thought it was going to be heavy when eating, but it was light and delicious! What a pleasant surprise. All in all, it was a nice lunch and I’d go back.

I’d have to admit that the food here is pretty good but not sure if I’ll take my time to come back here. I thought the food here was a little over priced compared to other, better, sushi places. Chirachi sushi was average but for $ 23.50 it did not come with miso soup or salad. The gyoza were amazing though, 6 for $ 8.50. The golden philly was pretty good too, $ 14. The non basic rolls could range from $ 11.50-$ 17.50. Mostly $ 15/$ 16. Their selection wasn’t that big either. The restaurant gets so packed at night, because of the bar and the service wasn’t that great. He checked up on the table in the beginning then was MIA for awhile. We asked for water twice in the beginning but never got it and ask for spicy mayo 3 times before we got it. He did apologized for the mayo though.

Okay, restaurant is only truly 3 stars. This is a tough market in this area, we have lots of sushi options & this place is on par, not more, not less. HOWEVER… our server, Zachary, was phenomenal! Restaurant was SLAMMED with a couple very large parties but he was very professional & oh so prompt + and accurate w/our order. His service is what will bring us back!

Its funny, this place is always crowded and I have wanted to give it a try for quite sometime. However, Its no secret… there is WAY better Sushi out there. This place has a bit of an identity crisis, is it a bar with chicken wings and sliders or is it a Sushi bar? The sushi was not fresh, totally lacks creativity and rather expensive for the small pieces you get. The bar is nice with lots of cocktail options and of course Saki but I didn’t get to try their new«football» menu. Nevertheless, Campbell has so many good places to go to I would save your money and go somewhere else for Sushi.

Came here for Lunch with the OS crew a few days back. Our party consist of 5 peopLe and I reaLLy appreciated the fact that they take reservations. An added star for making it easy for us to eat and then head back to work for the 2nd haLf of our shift. My girL and I were the first ones to arrive and were immediateLy seated(no need to wait for the whoLe party to arrive Like most pLaces). We started off with: GarLic Soy Edamame Honey Sriracha Edamame Shrimp Tempura(2) Appetizers were amazing and I found it incredibLy hard to stop myseLf from picking at them even after my entrée arrived. Three out of the five of us ordered bento boxes which came out piping hot and fiLLed everyone to the brim. I ordered the sashimi combo and my partner in crime ordered herseLf a few sushi roLLs. Everyone seemed happy with their meaLs and that says a whoLe Lot because not aLL of us are seafood eaters. I can confidentLy say that there is something here for even the pickiest eaters. Pricing does seem a bit on the higher side and parking can reaLLy suck depending on when you visit– hence my 4⁄5 star review. I’ll definiteLy have to check this pLace out during happy hour since everyone says you get a way more bigger bang for your buck!

Sushi Confidential is best for their HH. I think it’s a bit overpriced to NOT come during HH. Happy Hour times: 3−6pm, 10pm-close EVERYDAY Best items from their hh menu: * Poke tacos * Sweet potato fries * Gyoza * Classified crunchy crab roll * Cabo conspiracy Oh and who can forget about their SAKEBOMBS for $ 2.50?! They have three flavors– traditional, tangerine, and apple. We tried all of them … about 5x. We had just came from Aqui’s sooooo that was our limit. Lots of parking, street or in the garage the next block over. The staff is always so friendly. Portions are a teensy bit small, but if it’s hh price, who cares?! This place never gets old!

This is one of the first places we tried in Campbell. We came for Happy Hour on a Wednesday night. We ordered a gin and tonic, rainbow roll, and a cabo conspiracy. The prices were reasonable, but the quality of the food was just okay. The fish on the rainbow roll wasn’t very fresh. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the good weather. Service was good and the food came quickly.

What I like about this location is that they take reservations! Does not matter how many people and on any day. Most sushi places I know don’t accept that. Even though we were 10 minutes late looking for parking, they still sat us. We order a few rolls and they were pretty overpriced… around $ 11 – 12 per roll. They are not that big either, but they’re rolls were unique and different. They tasted very good too. At first we had to ask for the ginger and wasabi, which they forgot to give us. The hot sake and asahi goes well with the delicious sushi. Our waitress did great and was very helpful. Overall great food, awesome night!

Was working a little too hard and didn’t get to take my lunch break until 3 o’clock which is perfect because that’s happy hour o clock! There was no one when I came in with my coworker. We were sat in the front corner immediately. We took a while to order, and my coworker wanted the corn dog roll. which is literally a sliced up corn dog haha. Our server said she couldn’t let us order it because it was a kids item and that it’s cheaper. My coworker asked if we could order that on top of a bunch of other stuff and she was even willing to pay more for it cuz she was really craving a corn dog. Our server still said we coudlnt. and we thought it was really weird. You don’t get stopped at McDonalds when you order a happy meal do you? On top of that it wasn’t the only thing we were ordering. After a little bit of back and forth, our server went to ask her manager and he allowed us to order the corn dog. Lol, so much hassle for a corn dog. that was $ 4 btw, which is not cheap and it is probably from a frozen Costco pack. Anyways, we also ordered sweet potato fries, ahi tuna poke bowl, spider roll, and 2 tacos –one tuna, one salmon. The fries were pretty cold and whatevers, and I didn’t finish my salmon taco because the fish tasted mushy and pasty. I also asked for no carrots but my spider roll still came out with carrots. The tacos also came out covered in carrots… If I ordered something with no carrots, isn’t it common sense to ask me about the other item covered with carrots? I hate being an anal customer because I used to be a server as well, but come on, really??? I hate it when people don’t write down the orders and bring out the wrong stuffs. Cutting corners is only good when you actually deliver. When we finished I literally had my credit card in my hand on the table but it still took 10 mins before we were able to flag down a server. At Sushi Confidential, it doesn’t seem like anyone has common sense. When I worked in a restaurant, if my coworker’s table was ready to pay I would help get the check or I would flag them down so they could take care of their customers. Literally 2 other servers walked by us and didn’t even give us a glance. The poke bowl was also $ 12 for lunch time but we were charged the dinner price, $ 13. They also didn’t let my coworker know upon ordering that brown rice was $ 1 extra. Which is fine, but she wish knew, so we felt kind of blindsided. My previous experience was okay, but my most recent is going to keep me away from this place. This was supposed to be a quick lunch because we work down Bascom which is like 2 streets away, but the service was so slow that it took us over an hour and a half. Sushi Confidential’s food and service go hand in hand and that’s not saying anything good. :\

This place is awesome! The service, food and ambiance! We were seated right away. The host was friendly and accommodating to the kids –getting the high chair and coloring page with crayons. The server was helpful and checked on us several times throughout the meal. Service was attentive from all staff. All had a positive attitude. The food was fun and flavorful! I love the sushi names and theme. I had the RSM roll(half), and the macadamia nut added a unique texture/crunch. My husband had a couple other rolls I don’t know the name of and the sauce was good and one had asparagus and was also good. We both gave it nods. My husband did notice that there was no wasabi. This place would may seem like not the best choice for kids, but it turned out to be great! I liked the spy box for the children, it was a great portion! The kids shared one and devoured it! They had the salmon teriyaki also flavorful! I would definitely recommend it. This mom was happy the the kids’ filled their bellies. Even my son was asking if we can come back. I was pleased with our dining experience. The bathrooms are clean and has a changing table. Their drink menu looked good, but I will have to try it in the future.

The food is ok, the service is great. We came here for dinner one night, ordered the garlic edamame $ 6, and it was pretty tasty. We also ordered the Geisha girl roll $ 15 which was ok, a bit too much rice on it and really expensive for a roll. The tonkasu ramen $ 15 was a huge bowl of salty goodness, the broth was flavorful and there was a lot of pork in it. The only problem was the ramen was a giant clum and not cooked throughly. I spoke to the waiter about it and he immediately took it back and made me a new one. The manager came over and apologized for it and offered us another dish. So we ordered the Agedashi tofu appetizer and it was a major fail. The tofu was way too sweet and kinda hard, and the tofu was deep fried in tempura batter which is completely wrong way of cooking it. In addition, the garnish was at the bottom buried under the tofu when it should be on top. Service was attentive and we really like the outside patio seating area.

I have to admit that I come for the happy hour on a weekly basis. There are a few improvements I could offer to Sushi Confi in downtown Campbell but there are many, many more wonderful things I do love about this establishment. Pros: Fun place with decent music. Great outdoor seating area, seating up at the bar or seating to watch them make your rolls. I love the happy hour. BEST happy hour– maybe one of the best in the South Bay and beyond. The happy hour prices are great(1⁄3 to ½ regular price), offers a good variety, and is available EVERY day of the week from 3 – 6 pm. Poke Tacos(salmon and tuna), Sweet Potato Fries, Confidential Sashimi Salad, Cabo Conspiracy roll and Cover-Up roll are the best happy hour items. Must try the sweet potato fries! Relax atmosphere, casual setting, and friendly staff offers a «Cheers» type feel where everybody knows your name… well, at least for me. I think I visit this place way too often. Cons: Wish there were a bit more of a rotation on happy hour items but that said, I LOVE that there is a daily happy hour with decent picks. Slightly a «bro» scene at times but the prices are decent, food is good, and staff is laid back so it just is what it is. While Sushi Confidential has fresh fish and pretty tasty rolls, it’s not my TOP pick for sushi… but haven’t found anything in the South Bay that really is. Gets very loud inside at night. Overall a great place is try out. Especially for happy hour.
