Lucy’s Wash and Fold

~ I can’t believe I went this long without Lucy’s help — it was the best money I’ve spent. Like ever. We moved into a new home just before the holidays, and then things got super crazy at work after the first of the year… so let’s just say I kind of let laundry build up. A lot. For not only me, but the rest of my family of four as well. I was actually embarrassed when I walked in — and then had to make multiple trips to my car to continue to pull out more laundry baskets. Lucy made me feel so comfortable … and despite my four, tall, overflowing baskets — and another big laundry bag filled with dry clean items — she had it ready for me in 48 hours! UNREAL. I have been to other «fluff and fold» type places before (well, one other) — but the way *this* Lucy has the clean clothes wrapped makes all the difference (in thick plastic wrap, very tightly so that the clothes can’t even wrinkle — not in flimsy plastic bags that will rip before you get them out of your car). Honestly, most of the packages came home looking like I was about to unwrap brand new clothes! And I’m talking well worn t-​shirts, socks, underwear too… and I have a 7 year old and a 3 year old! Again, I want to emphasize that this was the best money I have ever spent… Lucy even insisted on helping me out to my car when I went to pick everything up, which was of course about 5 minutes before she closed. I kept assuring her that I could do it, and she didn’t need to help me — but she just said, «well, this is the convenience you’re paying for.» Awesome customer service.
Please know that the sign says «Laundromat» really large — I actually missed the «Lucy’s» reference until I physically walked into the place. And when I searched for «Wash and Fold in Campbell» this same place kept coming up as Oasis Laundry and Dry Cleaning — but it’s the same place. If you’re looking at the one on S. Bascom (on the corner of Union), this is THE SPOT! Just don’t assume that any others are the same… No comparison!

I love it here! It’s quiet and clean and the girls who work here are so sweet. Prices are average, but they have three sizes of washing machine, which is awesome. It’s close to my house and they have great hours.
Did I mention it’s clean? They have marble slab counters to fold your laundry on. They are always clean!

I really like that there still consistent on there washing and folding. Still no problems. Where it be my company towels and or my laundry, this place Rocks. It’s always clean and the people
are very friendly. it seams like more and more people are taking there laundry there to be done. In a fast pace city were we live, it seams like the right answer. O’ and there is a TV to watch sports. That’s cool.

My favorite touch?
The 20-​foot long, bar-​height polished green stone tables are excellent for folding and add a unique touch.
The entire place is gleaming and shiny and the owners are beyond welcoming. Highly recommend.

This place ROCKS! Four reason why you are missing out if you aren’t a client/​customer of Lucy’s Wash and Fold already:
1. Wash and Fold service: Having someone else do your laundry for you is awesome, and with the great pricing, fast turn around service, dry cleaning services too, makes it even more awesome.
2. Laundromat: They have so many washers and dryers that I’ve NEVER HAD TO WAIT FOR A MACHINE. Even if I’ve got 4 – 5 separate loads, I’m able to use 4 – 5 washers at the same time and the same with the dryers. I can get in and out of there in the time it takes to wash 1 load… crazy and uh AWESOME! Also, almost all of the machines are new and those that are not already are already scheduled to be replaced with newer ones sooner than later!
3. Customer Service: Lucy is 100% hard working & committed to customer service and the sweetest Chica ever! (Vance, you’re all that too… wink, wink). If you have an issue, she’ll do everything in her power to right the situation for you. Example: I didn’t like the smell of the detergent they were using. So, I mentioned it to Lucy and she said «not a problem, we offer a non-​fragrant soap, which I’ll note in your customer notes and be sure we only use that for all your future loads!» So accommodating!
4. Location: Its in a very accessible location (corner of S. Bascom/​Union Ave.) and has plenty of parking… a win win all around!
Soooo…go on and check it out, you’ll be kicking yourself you didn’t do it sooner!

Lucy’s is the BEST place to do laundry or have it done. I have always had my own washer/​dryer but moved back to the area to a smaller place and now need to go do laundry. All of the people that work here are amazing and the place is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been too. The tables for folding are huge so you never have to have anything touch the floor (though here it is so clean it wouldn’t really matter). I have told everyone I know about this place and several who have there own machines have come here due to water restrictions and to do larger items. I recently broke my arm and took my laundry for them to do and wow it was great. Another wonderful service that Lucy offers!

Definitely an excellent place to bring my business. The staff is super supportive and attentive to my needs. I’m a business professional and they also help me look the part. Reliable and fast service and I am grateful for their efforts.

My washing machine leaked all over my kitchen and the Whirlpool repair person wanted $ 250 just to come out and take a look! I’ve had the machine repaired too many times so until I do more research — Lucy’s is my new go to! Clean, friendly, fast service! I drive all the way over from Santa Clara but it’s worth it!

I love Lucy’s!!! I bring all my laundry & dry cleaning in about once a month. It is ready within 2 days. Everything comes back perfectly folded and hung. She does a much better job than I have any interest in doing. Thank you Lucy!!!

I have used Lucy’s Wash and Fold since she took over from former owners under a different name. What a difference! They have completely renovated the place and added all new washing machines and some dryers. More upgrades of equipment are planned in the future. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I never have had to wait to wash or dry clothes. I highly recommend this very well run and accommodating business. Lucy’s is clearly THE BEST!

I use Lucy’s for all of my laundry needs — wash and fold, dry cleaning, oversize loads such as blankets and minor alterations. They also have coin-​operated machines which are brand-​new for the laundromat portion of their facility. If I bring my clothes to them at a reasonable hour, they are always available for pick up the next day. They recently renovated, so the facility is nice light and clean. There is actually a Lucy, she is very sweet and accommodating, as are all the employees that work there. I recommend Lucy’s without any hesitation.

Great service, ends up being cheaper and much more convenient than doing laundry myself. Everything always comes out clean and fresh, perfectly folded, and shrink-​wrapped. Yes, shrink-​wrapped. You can put entire blocks of clothing away and keep them pristine until you need to wear them.
