Excellent wood fired pizza! Pleasant wine list. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Hub loved his Sarda pizza with meats. Highly recommend the antipasto plate to start! The puréed veggie soup was new to me. Quite a win! Healthy, filled me up and flavorful!

After being to Italy and having Naples pizza I am hooked. This place definitely tackles my cravings. I highly recommend the double dough margherita and calabrese. Their tiramisu is really good too. It’s one of my favorite date nights. The waitress is the sweetest and she’s Italian too.

We’ve eaten here a few times now and have found it to be consistently good. Wait staff are friendly and prompt. We usually get a pasta and pizza to share between the two of us and it’s the perfect amount of food. Pizzas are the thin Neopolitan style which I love. Nice crust and good toppings. I think they recently updated the layout and décor to be more modern. Great place to grab dinner — it’s usually full but can get in without a reservation.

Service was good and attentive, its really the pizza and calzone that gets the 3 stars. The Good: The ingredients seem fresh, and not too greasy which it a huge plus. The proportions are pretty decent. Staff is awesome The Eh: Flavor, where is it? Pizza sauce was pretty flavorless and the cheese slid off the pizza simply by picking it up. The calzone was randomly proportioned handfuls of ingredients also without flavor. If you are starving and want pizza, its not such a bad place. But I likely won’t be coming back. There is just so many other better restaurants on that strip of Campbell.

Worst pasta ever! Never eating here again. The pasta was hard. The sausage was soggy and undercooked The spinach and tomatoes were disgusting.

Since I moved to Silicon Valley from Tuscany 2 years ago, this is hands down my favorite pizza! Authentic, not sliced, thin or double dough crust. And prices are really reasonable. Much better than Blue Line and a bunch of overrated places. Oh, they have recently renovated the venue too! Bravi!

This is a tough one. This used to be one of our favorite places for date night. We won’t be back again period. Food is not what it used to be and the service is a joke. It hurts my soul to say goodbye but unless they change ownership and engagement from the staff they won’t make it in downtown Campbell. Blue line is our new place. They rock.

La Pizzeria is a relatively low-key Italian joint that serves grand portions of Italian favorites. The interior might feels a little outdated and lighting is a bit too dim to read the menu, but the spacious dining area makes it a perfect place for large groups. On top of that, the restaurant was never that busy, hence no waiting game, yes, even on weekend nights! Lack of serious lighting and mostly empty restaurant aside. This place remains one of my favorite dining spot in downtown Campbell, simply because their cheesy garlic bread and their Penne Salsiccia pasta is absolutely to die-for! Their pizza, however, was just average for me, depending on the choice of toppings, some can be really bland. So far, I’ve tried: Capricciosa, Arugula and prosciutto and Pino’s favorite. Pino’s was probably my go-to, because it has everything I love; ham, artichokes, tomatoes and egg… I’m a sucker for eggs anything: P. And my least favorite was their Arugula and prosciutto, the arugula given was in heaping portions… giving it a bitter taste overall. Service is super nice and friendly, food always comes out lightning fast and price is reasonable. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you are in the mood for a delicious and bountiful Italian fare.

My wife and I regularly enjoy the food, service, and ambiance at La Pizzeria. We usually order a couple of pizzas, salads, and a dessert or two, all of which have been consistently excellent. Recently we had a slight issue with an item that we ordered but the manager, George more than made things right! He is very friendly, accommodating and focused on providing a great dining experience. If the owner is reading this, please know that we’re big fans of your food and of the great service we get every time we come to La Pizzeria!

This was a disappointment… We were sat near the back where it felt woody like a restaurant from the 70s… Hard to explain, but not a good ambiance. We got the cheesy garlic bread as a starter, then a vegi calzone and the quatro formaggi pizza for entrees, and finally the chocolate mousse for dessert. The cheesy garlic bread was pretty solid. The vegi calzone was incredibly boring — just totally lacking… too much dough, not enough toppings, essentially no cheese… It just didn’t work. The quatro formaggi was fine but the crust just lacked the crispness that I want in a thin crust. The chocolate mousse was good and the serving size was massive. Waiting service was mediocre. We were there fairly late and the staff seemed distracted with other things. So, some good some bad. I think they could really improve if they figure out how to make a proper calzone and work on their crusts. But until then I can’t recommend them.

This is my go to place for authentic Neapolitan pizza, when I’m hanging out in the south bay. Delicious pizza. Great service and awesome outdoor seating for people watching and soaking up ample amounts of free vitamin D in a neighborhood that always appears to be sunny. I always order a Moretti… or two, along with a Calabrese with some arugula tossed on top. Skip the burrata salad, because sadly, it’s just plain nasty with numerous ingredients that just don’t belong on the plate. I’ve heard that their pasta dishes are deelish, but have yet to try any of them. Maybe one of these days.

Went to La Pizzeria for GNO. Our server was so entertaining and amazing! We weren’t toooo hungry. we came mainly for the alcohol and the garlic cheesy bread! We ordered some sort of pasta(forgot the name) that our server recommended and it was delicious! We came on a Tuesday night. We pretty much had the entire restaurant to ourselves! It was too warm out to sit outside so we opted for a table indoors. Reasonably priced. Good food. Great service.

I’ve been to this amazing little place dozens of times thankfully introduced to it by a customer of mine. I understand the owner, Pino, imported the bricks for the oven from his hometown in Italy making this a truly Italian experience in Campbell. The options for pizzas are quite extensive and they are completely open to you adding or subtracting ingredients. Before I came to this place the thought of anchovies was repulsive but I have been saved from such a blind view for almost a decade now and these salty little delights are a must on any pie I get here. I am a huge fan of the Valtellina(with cured beef and arugula), the Calabrese(with Italian salami) and also the Romana(with black olives and oregano). There is a secret to having an absolutely amazing pie, get an egg ordered with it. They crack an egg in the middle and then cook the pizza to perfection. The eggs yolk runs as you cut into making the experience even more pleasurable. I also love to add the hot oil that is on the table. Sure dried peppers are great and I use those too but the oil is a great touch to the pizza. One last thing I do is order the whole wheat version of the pizza, maybe somehow it mentally makes it alright to devour one of this pizzas but I don’t really think changing the dough much changes the fact that I just engulfed a whole pie by myself but hey I paid for it so devour I shall. If you’d like true Italian thin crust pizza then look no further than La Pizzeria! Mangiare e amare!!!

Overpriced, but yummy. I ordered a Occhio di Blue pizza to go and it wasn’t sliced. I don’t think that’s something they do based on photos people have posted. Weird.

This was my first time here and it will definitely not be my last. My family and I came here to meet up with some friends and have a yummy dinner. The place is very quaint and inviting. It is one of those treasures that can only be found in Downtown Campbell. I ended up ordering the Pizza alla Francese which had tomato sauce, mozzarella, brie cheese, speck(smoked prosciutto), arugula salad, and parmesan cheese. It was so good! I loved the balance of all the flavors. The service was great too! They were very attentive and helpful when ordering. Overall, good experience and I will definitely be coming back.

I went here for my first time this past Saturday. I wasn’t impressed at all. 1. I ordered the mixed greens salad. I honestly thought it was going to have MORE than just leaves. This is completely my fault because I didn’t ask the waitress what was included in it. But, the salad consisted of: warm mixed greens and shreds of carrot. Not good at all. 2. I have never had a pizza that was served without slicing. So I honestly thought they just forgot to cut it in the back. We tried cutting it ourselves using a butter knife but it was a hot mess. I asked the waitress if we could get it cut and she gave me such a dirty look, grabbed a butter knife, and a fork and cut the pizza into four huge slices. Uh, I’m sorry and thank you? Definitely not going back to this place.

I must say that this place proved my bias against italian food. I always considered Italian food(even the ones we’ve had in Italy) just all hype. We had the Salmon penne and we all couldn’t get enough of it. It was flavored with tomato and cream, but it blended well with the Salmon. For a pasta dish, I didn’t find it too heavy or creamy. My 2yr old loved it. We had to hold off in eating the dish, to save it for our toddler. We had 2 pizzas and both were uniquely flavored. Be adventurous. You won’t ve disappointed.

I had lunch at La Pizzeria few weeks ago and was really impressed with the excellent service and delicious pizza. To be clear, I LOVE pizza. La Pizzeria’s pizza is excellent. Is it better than(fill in the blank) __________? I don’t know, but it’s really good. I struggle to compare pizza/pizza joints because I find beauty in many different styles/flavors. During my visit, I ordered the Tirolese(tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, speck {smoked prosciutto}, onion and blue cheese — $ 12.95) YUM!!! Th pizza was large enough that I actually took a few slices with me(I’m a pretty good eater too!) Alas, it didn’t last long, however. When I jumped in my car to head home, the pizza box was riding shotgun and away went the final two slices. BTW, is it illegal to drive and eat pizza in California? Anyhow, I enjoyed my visit to La Pizzeria and LOVED the Tirolese! Can’t wait to return… 4.25 stars.

This quaint pizzeria is located in downtown Campbell. It has a small outdoor eating area and is nested in between a bar and another restaurant. I have always walked by this place but never tried it. They have a nice variety on their menu not just pizza. The Garlic cheesy bread and vegetable purée soup! is what I ordered along with the Italiana salad: Fresh basil tomato mozzarella and avocado it was Fantastic! Service was great. Will definitely come again with friends!
