Samantha is amazing! I found her through a trusted friend, after my previous hair stylist really did a butcher job on my hair cut and color. Samantha talked me through the process she wanted to go through to fix my hair (over multiple sessions), and she immediately made it look better in just one visit. I’ve been to her many times now, and I never feel pressured to do more than I need. In fact, she gives me options, and lets me choose what works best for me, my budget and my time.
She’s easy to reach by text — I usually send her a pic of my hair in its current state, and ask her what she wants to do with it. She has flexible appointment times, and she’s fun to talk with during my visits. I highly recommend Samantha!

Kristina is AMAZING! I have gotten my hair done by her for about 5 or 6 years & of course, I had to follow her to Salon 383. She always goes above & beyond my expectations of how my hair is going to turn out & I love it every time. From brunette to blonde and blue, green & purple to red, white & blue, she can do it all (and has done all of that on me!). I am constantly getting compliments & obviously send everyone I can to her!
As far as the salon goes, it is absolutely adorable! Cute décor & signs all over. The other stylists that work there are very nice & welcoming as well. Always chatting with each other as well as their clients. You can tell that they all really care about their clients! They also offer water, coffee or hot chocolate too :)
Over all, I HIGHLY recommend this salon & Kristina in particular ;)

This review is for Samantha Dunaway. Absolutely amazing. I have always struggled with my hair, and it is very damaged. As soon as I walked into the salon, I felt as if I’ve known Sam my entire life. She was extremely sweet and I had an absolute blast talking with her while I got my hair worked on. She was very careful with my hair and understood it was damaged and we worked around it. She is insanely talented and attended. I got a balayage ombré and I got the olaplex, which I am so glad I did. It makes all the difference with your hair health. As soon as we were finished, I was in love with my hair. I recommend Sam to everyone who asks about my hair. My best friend came and got her hair done by Sam the following weekend. I can’t wait to come back.

Ask for Samantha Dunaway!!! I got a light ashy brown balayage-​highlight and and a cut. I highly recommend that you get the olaplex treatment since it will make a world of difference to the color and strengthens your hair. Samantha was very attentive to my needs, she followed up with all my questions and concerns she even had me come in prior to my appointment to get an idea of how my hair looked like the texture, etc. She listens and does what you want as long as it is reasonable and wont damage your hair. She will give you her honest opinion. My goal was to get as light as possible without damaging my hair while still keeping it looking natural and illuminating my brassy tones from my previous balayage. We were able to achieve all that in one session, I was impressed and beyond thrilled. I will go back :-)

Tami is awesome! I love my hair! I moved here a few months ago and have been hesitant to go to a new hairdresser. Finally I decided to Unilocal and go with the first that had good pictures. I called and Tami was the one I talked with to set up an appointment.
She was super friendly, understood what was going on with my hair, and listened to my thoughts. She gave me suggestions and gave me an awesome cut and beautiful color!

I trust no one to touch my hair other than Tami, she is SPECTACULAR! My hair is by far the hardest to work with and I haven’t met anyone who can do what Tami does. Tami has been doing my hair for years and my entire family sees her too. Even friends who I have recommended to her love the way she cuts, styles and takes care of your hair! I go wherever she goes, trust me she is not one you want to pass up!

I have been going to Tami for to many years to count. She recently changed over to Salon 383 and I really like the feel of this salon. I always look forward to my appointments catching up with her. I would absolutely recommend her.

This review is for Kristina. I have been going to her for over 7 years. She has one of the most flexible schedules. But when it comes down to it she can cut and style my hair beautifully even with my natural curly mane. I love the new location she is at. The salon is clean and is in downtown campbell where you can grab a bite to eat. I wouldn’t dare go to anyone else. Does a great blow out and styling afterwards as well!

I have been going to Janessa for a few years now, and she’s honestly the best! She is a total color expert! If you are looking for a nice, bubbly, friendly, very talented stylist then you need to go to Janessa! She knows and wants the best for your hair! She’s a great listener and will do anything to make sure you’re happy with your hair! You will not regret going to her! I’m in love with the colors she does on my hair! She knows exactly what colors will match your skin color, and will make sure you’re happy with the out come! My hair is so long and beautiful because of her! The salon is also extremely clean, and the other stylist seem very friendly! It’s a cute little shop!

Ok let me just say Abby is the best hairstylist ever. My hair looks and feels so healthy and amazing! She is a hair perfectionist so just know your hair is going to be so on point when done by this talented lady. Love her. She also is just super down to earth and so fun to be around. So if your looking to get your hair done ask for ABBY. She rocks.

If you want amazing hair you are proud to show off, see Kristina! She has been doing my hair for about the last 5 years, and I absolutely refuse to go to anybody else. Kristina listens to what you want, and nails it every time! She is very flexible when it comes to scheduling, and she never gets upset (like some stylists I’ve dealt with in the past) if you ask to reschedule last minute.
As for the salon itself… it is just absolutely adorable. I had the pleasure of visiting Kristina there yesterday and I love it! The décor, the location… It’s just about as perfect as my hair after Kristina does it ;)
If you want great hair for a great price, i repeat, see Kristina! You will not be disappointed!

After 20 plus years my stylist sold her business. I found Janessa DeMaria who has a station at Villa De Style Salon in Campbell. Janessa has been cutting my hair for a months now and I am delighted with her service, cutting techniques and bubbly personality. One of the worse things a person can have is a bad haircut, it seems they last for 80 years… lol This does not happen with Janessa, her prices are reasonable, Janessa is a hard worker and wants her customers to leave looking good. I also have sent her my lady friends, Janessa is a professional colorist. My friends are also repeat customers with Janessa. I give her 5 stars plus !!!

I have gone to Janessa previously at another location and let me say — she is one of the BEST out there!
She usually does long hair, but I’ve always pushed her to go crazy with my short, edgy hair. My husband goes to her to and absolutely loves her work. Her cuts always grow out well and make you look fabulous!
The most amazing thing she did for me was turn my short bob into an incredible up-​do for my wedding!

I went to Abby for a cut and color two days ago. I just moved back to San Jose and needed a new stylist so I searched Unilocal and came across Villa De Style.
My hair isn’t as thick as it used to be in college (and I blame law school for that!). And so, every time I grow my hair out, I wind up with pretty limp and lifeless hair. I’ve found that medium styles with lots of body are much, much better for my current hair texture and for my heart shaped face. I also love how feminine medium length styles look with waves :).
Abby was able to fit me in that very day. I showed her some pictures of the color and style that I wanted (this was one of the pictures I showed her:
). She showed me a swatch of the color she was going to apply and it was perfect — dark with golden undertones.
The shampoo felt great and the cut is suuuper manageable. The color looks perfectly natural and I’m happy to be darker for autumn! I think she also did a great job matching the cut and styling to the picture. She also showed me how to curl my hair which I’m still not that great at but will practice :).
Cut was $ 60. Color was $ 80. I’ll definitely be back! :)
