Great business to deal with. Coming in isn’t as much of a chore or a hassle when the staff remembers your name and is happy to strike up a conversation. Able to turn clothes around in a couple of days, and do a decent job and haven’t lost a piece of mine yet. The first place I refer my friends to when they need cleaning done in my area.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I gave them my wedding dress on 11⁄22 to clean and box. They said they were going to take 3 – 4 weeks to clean and custom box my wedding dress. It is now 2 months later and they still have not returned my dress to me, they never answer their phone, as of today their answering machine isn’t even turned on, and I have no confidence they even know where my dress is. I trusted them with one of the most sentimental pieces of clothing I own and they have completely let me down.

I’ve been going to Elite Cleaners for many years and was concerned when the business changed ownership BUT I am extremely pleased with the service I have received. The new owners are not only good at cleaning clothes they are reasonably priced, fast, dependable and very nice. There has never been a mix-​up with my clothes and I have never had a bad experience with them. I would recommend Elite Cleaners to anyone looking for a great place to not only have your clothes cleaned but a smile and polite conversation also. I give them an A+ Rating!!!

Elite Cleaners have been our neighborhood dry cleaners for almost two years now, and they could not be nicer!
The family that works there knows us by name, so even if we lose the slip, they always know where our order is. They are very accommodating of your timing requests whenever possible, and the prices are great, too. We tried a few places closer to downtown Los Gatos before we found them, and have been much happier with Elite Cleaners than the more expensive ones downtown.
We recommend them to anyone!

Run by a very nice family.
The woman has sewing machine and has repaired clothing, replaced buttons, etc. for me.
Seems pricey but I haven’t compared them to others. I go there because it is on my way home, they are nice, and the service is great: they see me pull up in my car and my laundry is pulled waiting for me. Also, I have called when I thought I might not make it by closing time and they have waited for me.

this place has been right across the street from me for 12 years and i never even noticed until i had to start buying *ahem* career attire. they’ve done a good job on all my skirts but aren’t too quick about it. if you drop things off after 1 PM, you don’t get your clothes back for about 4 days and not until the evening too. i usually work until 6 or sometimes 9 so it’s hard to pick up stuff before the day i actually want to wear them.

I’ve been going to Elite Cleaners for a few years now. I highly recommend them. I’ve had one day service there before. All you have to do is ask It’s not a default thing. The folks that run the place are very meticulous and will proactively send any item back if they aren’t satisfied with the work.
costs are inline with most dry cleaners.

I went to this place based solely on the convenient location. I’m not a big frequenter of dry cleaning establishments, so, I don’t have much to compare my experience to, but so far, so good! The lighted sign in the window says «One day service,» but every time I have gone, they have offered to have my clothing ready in 4. I always ask for 3, and they accommodate. A pair of slacks, shirt or sweater will run you $ 4, a jacket will cost $ 7. The owners/​employees are polite enough, although not the friendliest of people, but I pay my $ 4.00 per item; I’m in, I’m out… I’m not there to socialize anyway.
Note: Closed on Sundays… boo! hiss!; p
