Super nice employees but the prices just keep jumping up higher and higher! Lunch buffet at Pizza Factory around the corner is much better and lots cheaper!

The worst customer service imaginable! I ordered a pizza and was quoted 40 – 45 minutes so after an hour and a half goes by and still no pizza I called to see what was going on. I received no apology what so ever by their ‘manager’ and further more was advised it would be another 30min likely until my pizza would arrive — YES over 2HOURS! At which point I expected some sort of apology or compensation but sadly neither took place. I asked the ‘manager’ what he was going to do to rectify this situation as waiting 2 hours for a pizza is outrageous he was unwilling to compensate me. After over 15 minutes of him trying to justify their mistake and not providing me any remorse I ended up canceling my order all together .We regularly order from round table but after this awful experience I doubt we will ever do business with them again.

I ordered online and paid with my credit card but I think the delivery guy just tried to shake me down. I was given a bag of ranch dressing that I didn’t order and told I owed an additional $ 11! When I questioned the charge, he called his manager and they decided I could give back the ranch dressing — gee thanks. Check your receipt and question any additional charges. I won’t be ordering from them again.

My dad just went to pick up pizza and was told they don’t take $ 100 bills which was not posted. The employee got their manager who wanted to ID my dad to use a $ 100 because«It could be counterfeit.» Who trains these people on customer service? Here is a tip: get one of those yellow pens that detects counterfeits. That way you don’t have to offend your customers.

Very poor service. After waiting an hour and a half we had to call to find out what was going on and come to find out they had sent our pizza to a completely wrong house and instead of fixing their mistake, they told us it will be another hour until we got our pizza because they had to remake it and all we got was a «sorry about that man». I am understanding when it comes to mistakes but to not go above and beyond to fix it is horrible customer service.

Pizza is good… but…ordered carry out and have many times before so we know to get there before the time they tell us. Tonight though we were told 30 to 40 minutes so got there in 25 minutes and when we got the pizza home it was barely warm and had to heat it up before we could eat it. Very disappointing. They need to be more accurate with their times. I think from now on we’ll get Papa Murphy’s.

The restaurant is fine. The food is decent. The online ordering was 20 minutes and I am not sure I am going to get my pizza. It was horrible.

The other day I had them deliver a pizza and a liter of soda to my apartment on the other side of town. Well unfortunately, the young man forgot the soda I paid for. I had already tipped and signed when I realized he forgot it. But he zipped back and got it for me no questions asked! The pizza was delicious as usual. And I enjoyed stuffing it in my face while watching a movie. I will continue ordering delivery from these guys.

We often order delivery from this location, and have been mostly satisfied with delivery times and food quality. Last night we had an exceptional experience that I need to share. I had a problem with my debit card(which I will not talk about here). I wanted to use it to pay for our Maui Zaui with black olives on a skinny crust and an order of wings. Because of the problem, the manager on duty could easily have just said, «no sale». I want to shout out a thanks to her, and darn it I didn’t get her name, for helping me get our supper paid for and delivered quickly. I appreciate the excellent customer service you provided AND the pizza was delicious as usual.

I now know why it took 30 min for a small pizza and twists… The staff was too busy making personal call ones for themselves. My order didn’t hit the oven until 21 min after placed. With one order ahead

For us, Round Table means a quality, great tasting pizza. We live half-way between the Coach Lane and the Missouri Flat restaurants and normally go to the latter. I now know why! This particular Round Table is horrible. Bland sauce, lack of toppings, and their buffet is absolutely horrible too. Drive the extra 10 minutes east and don’t be disappointed.

Had lunch there today. Pizza was good. Plenty of toppings on the pizza, helpful friendly staff. Took some wings home for later and they were very good.

My family ordered a large pizza online and when I arrived to pay for it I discovered that somehow they did not receive my order. The employees were extremely courteous, even offering me a discount for the inconvenience and a drink for while I wait. Even though I had to wait a little bit longer, the pizza was DELICIOUS. I will definitely return for the great food and great hospitality!

Can we give 0 stars. Way too much pizza sauce. Not enough tasteless cheese. Toppings are non existent. Bad Bad… Just cuz the employees have flour all over their shirts doesn’t mean they are pounding the dough. If you know what I mean.

This Cameron Park Round Table makes a decent pizza, so maybe if you’re getting one to-go, you won’t notice how inconsistently stocked their salad bar and soda fountain are. Once, it took us 10 minutes just to get forks — no exaggeration. At least twice, they were out of Diet Coke.(Seriously, you’re OUT of Diet Coke? How does THAT happen?) And the staff? Pretty much entirely unapologetic about any of these things, and they make exactly zero hustle to correct a problem. They’ll get around to getting you a fork(or whatever), when it’s convenient to them. The problem is that we keep coming back because there aren’t many option in the Shingle Springs/Cameron Park area, so despite their consistently disappointing service, they always get repeat business from their disappointed customers. So lame.

Quite poor customer service. I ordered a pizza a few weeks ago and it was terrible and the twists were burnt. We waited an hour so we just took it but shared our experience with the manager. We ordered another pizza two weeks later and the guy on the phone jacked us around over artichoke hearts and ranch, he was just plain rude. When I asked to talk to the manager he got on the phone saying she wouldn’t wast her time over a $ 1.50. What people don’t understand is nobody cares about a $ 1.50. It’s about how you treat people, and striving to deliver a «better» experience then your competitor. Which we will now be going to Mountain Mikes.

1. I placed a take-out order and was told it would be 25 min. Arrived at 20 min, waited while customer ahead of me was taken care of(5 min), and the whole time my pizza was sitting there. It was cold as a result. 2. I ordered a small King Arthur’s and it was basically a salami pizza(single slices layered over the cheese) with a hand full of olives, onions and mushrooms(they forgot the peppers), 6 pieces of sausage and maybe 5 pepperonis. For $ 13 bucks. This was not an honest pizza — this was an overpriced, dis-honest, cold pizza. BTW — we have been dining on Round Table pizza for 33 years. We have always told everyone that it’s gotta be Round Table. In the RT in Davis, it’s always been good, lots of toppings, ready when it’s supposed to be, etc. Maybe more competition in Davis than in Cam Pk so Cam Pk franchise doesn’t have to try so hard? Guess what? We won’t be dining at RT in Cameron Park, not again.
