Craft Castle

We have been to the craft castle a number of times. I love being able to take my children to a local studio, spend an enjoyable afternoon, and have the opportunity to create a memorable and unique item. I’m always impressed by the staff; their attentiveness, friendliness, and assistance is unprecedented. They even have the skill set to help a five year old make a craft that will look good around the house!

I LOVE the Craft Castle! I was referred there by a family member. I called and spoke with the owner Cheryl about wanting to do a large number of mugs for Christmas involving my newborn and toddler. I was worried about bringing them into her store with so many things to be broken or ruined. She assured me that they work with kids all the time.
I went in with my kids and Cheryl helped me with my ENTIRE project. From painting my kids hands and feet and placing them where I wanted them on the mugs, to writing in words for me because she knew I had my hands full. And I was not her only customers either, but she made sure to give everyone equal attention and helpfulness. I was so blown away by the customer care and detailed work there. It really made me feel like a valued customer and I deeply appreciate all of Cheryl’s help.
We will DEFINITELY be going back here for future projects and will be referring everyone we know too!

My whole family loves this place! Everyone there is really nice and helpful. If you don’t know what you’re doing they’ll help you every step of the way. They have a big selection of ceramics to paint and they aren’t too expensive. We’ll definitely be there this winter on a few rainy weekends.

Great experience! Picked out our crafts: a mask, and glass art. We were there for about 5 hours and the staff helped us every step of the way. The owner is really sweet, good with kids, and was very helpful with our crafts. Will be back again to make more fun things!

Nice place & friendly people. Great for family or by yourself.

Tried this place out last week and spent over $ 50 for several family members to glaze small projects. The employees were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the experience. Yesterday they called to tell us the projects had been fired and were ready for pick-​up so I drove there today and went in. A friendly employee greeted us and we followed her back to the kiln room to claim our projects and I stuck my head in the door, curious to get the first view of our projects. A woman using the phone in that room suddenly spun around and shouted at me to step away from the doorway! Her tone was very rude and disrespectful. It was so unpleasant to have our fun crafting experience end this way. We will be looking for another ceramic studio in the area.

I love everything about Craft Castle! My Daughter and I have been going to Craft Castle for a while now and it’s our favorite place to go. Cheryl the owner is a very nice and helpful lady. Everyone on the staff is always helpful and fun. I highly recommend Craft Castle to anyone looking for a new thing to do or any crafter or artist. You are free to be as creative as you want to be and the staff as well as your fellow artists/​crafters will be just as supportive and excited! You just can’t go wrong!

This is an awesome place! They are set up for just about any craft you would like to do. You just walk in, pick out your project and have fun. I am not very talented, but the staff got all my materials, showed me exactly what to do and even cleaned up my mess! Next time I’m bringing my neice.
