Cameron Oaks Apartments

Cameron Oaks is a very fine apartment community in Cameron Park. It has been great watching all of the renovation work that is being done here. The entire property has received an exterior overhaul and looks great!
The staff has made the residents a very high priority and it shows. The office staff has brought in some excellent employees that share this same philosophy of customer service.
The maintenance staff and contractors have jumped on all of the concerns that have come up. They are polite and have the residents’ living experience as a priority.
The grounds are well kept, very clean, and offers a succluded setting that is hard to beat. The community is in walking distance of many retail stores, and services.
You get a feeling of belonging with the community functions that happen throughout the year.
This is an apartment community worth checking out before making your decision to move.

My husband and I have been living here since August without much complaint. When we do have an issue though, Betty, the assistant manager has been useless! She never knows what is going on and if we have a maintenance issue she hardly ever passes along the work order. I had to call and ask for Lori, the manager, (who is awesome!!) in order to get attention for mold that had developed in my bedroom.
I was not going to write a review until today, when my husband went to shower for work, the water was shut off! No notice from the staff or anything. We are very disappointed.
