came in this evening, got seated, got water and menus, ignored for the next 20 — 30 minutes. no one acknowledged our presence the whole time. after ½ hour got up and left. no one said a thing to us the whole time. never returning.

came with a large group. terrible and slow customer service. the waitress was so slow like damn try reading a book for gods sake. my burger was burnt, the side I requested was incorrect, several other orders had been messed up as well(pizza was soggy, pasta tasted spoiled, vegetarian sandwich had meat in it), and we weren’t given enough cups nor pitchers of water. waited over an hour for the food and a half hour for the check. food was bad, service was slow, would not recommend anyone to eat here. what a waste of money

This should really only get a half a star but apparently that’s not an option. Just an absolutely horrible experience. The Manager and waitress were both rude and incompetent. Our waitress was nowhere to be found 99% of the time. The Food was bland and the pizza was soggy. The lights above our table were flashing on and off the entire meal. It took 30 mins for us to get our order taken, over an hour for us to get served and another hour before our check finally came. When our food finally came half of it wasn’t even anything close to what we had ordered. We were over-charged for our meal and not given change. Overall, horrible food, horrible service, and horrible aesthetics. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. 10⁄10 would not recommend.

Good food but AWFUL customer service. Sticky and dirty tables. The waiter barely came to us and he forgot my meal and we waited for a while and then had to ask him what happened to it and he said oh sorry I forgot to write it down and then the soup was cold and not creamy at all. Oh and one host was about to put a baby in the bar area. Great deep dish pizza tho. Wrote this review right after I ate here. After about 30 min after I got the worst stomach ache of my life. Have been having pain since then. Never again

Our waitress was very nice, but hardly visited us. The pizza was cold, no lie! I sent it back, it came back a little bit warmer, but it was still cold. I want to blow on my pizza from it being too hot! I gave two instead of one star because I waitress was nice, and the manager did give us a discount, but I was really looking forward to having hit pizza, not cold and then again cold pizza.

First time there. Really good drinks for a good price. There was an accidental miscommunication on my order and the staff fixed the cost of the food. Service was very friendly and fast and personalized. And the manager came over as well to check on all the customers. A pleasant experience!

Delicious appetizers, sides, and entrée. Their pizza was amazing. Service was great. Prices were reasonable. Their menu literally had everything! So if you’re not feeling pizza specifically, there are tons of other options!(almost too many– it all looked so good, it took a while for our group to make a decision!) Will definitely be back.

The best thing about this place is 50 cent wings when nfl games are on. Beers are kind of expensive and the Atmoshpere isn’t great. But eat 20 wings and you won’t care. Solid spot to grab beer and wings for an nfl game.

After touring around Boston for the day we’d certainly worked up an appetite and needed some good, carb based food to boost our energy supply. After a look around Harvard Square we spotted the Uno sign, had a quick nosey at the menu and decided to give it a try. Oh my were we glad to have found this place. The staff were super friendly and we were shown to a booth style table straight away. The menu was huge so there was no problem finding something to suit our needs. For starters my friend and I shared the chips and dips: tortilla chips served with Uno-made guacamole and salsa. The chips were crisp and tasty and the dips were fresh and flavoursome. Perfect size for two people and plenty of each dip so you didn’t run out towards the end. For main I had the Baked Stuffed Spinoccoli: chicken breast which was stuffed with filled with feta and mozzarella cheese, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, garlic and basil, laid on a bed of pasta in a tomato style sauce. Possibly the best stuffed chicken I’ve ever had. Spinach and feta in my eyes is always a winning combination, but add in the crunch of broccoli and a herby tomato kick and you’re on to something spectacular. Sadly after the above, there was no room for pudding! From chicken, to steak, to deep dish pizza — the Uno menu certainly has something for everyone, at a damn good price too.

Went here with a group of children with disabilities. We were expecting to practice skills such as ordering off a restaurant menu, but got so much more. In addition to being so polite and attentive the waitstaff and managers went above and beyond to also be both patient and accommodating with my group. The manager on duty showed the children how pizzas were made and how they stores things in the walk in freezer. They even got to make their own pizzas! We all left feeling satisfied with their delicious food, but even more satisfied with their amazing service! A+ place!!!

I love this unos. I came here for a paint night and it was delightful, but my favorite part here the past few times has been the service. My favorite bartender is a woman with glasses and red hair and my second favorite has been a gentleman with glasses named manny I believe. Both bartenders have been very accommodating, fun, and didn’t rush us or press us. If you’re looking for somewhere to relax than this is the place to go! Also late night half priced apps don’t hurt either

Uno’s is a popular gathering place for many college students in the area, due to its prime location in the heart of the Square. The food is quality, especially the deep dish pizza, at affordable prices. Deep dish pizza is yes, greasy, but so filling and savory. Personal pan pizza more than does its job– its cheesy, greasy goodness inviting you back for more. If pizza is not your thing, no worries — the menu is widely diverse, yet typical of what you expect of an American restaurant. There are absolutely no surprises here. I really enjoy the pizza cookie + ice cream combination. The warmth and chocolatey-goodness of the cookie is perfectly balanced by the vanilla ice cream. There is ample seating on the ground level and more bar-like space in the basement where there are large monitors playing the latest sports matches. Overall, a perfect go-to location if you need a large venue and a wide variety of food to share and/or enjoy by yourself.

Drink(pomegranate margarita) was good, appetizer(chicken quesadilla) was good, and service was good. Could’ve done without the patron next to us at the bar, making unsolicited, racist remarks. Made the first half of our visit uncomfortable to say the least, and if he hadn’t of left first, we would have! Otherwise, it would have been a 4 – 5 star review. I do believe the staff/bartender were quietly trying to stop him… I tried not listening for a while.

I really want to like Uno for many reasons. For one, the restaurant is located in an amazing area of Harvard square and it could be a great option between all the options that you have around that area. Here is the bottom line: 1) Food is OK(7 out 10). 2) Service is terrible(3 out of 10). I don’t have anything against the staff, in fact they try their best to serve you. I rather think the problems all comes to the management of Uno. What I have experienced here is: a) most of the time they are understaffed and that of course makes for a slow and poor service. b) I have noticed that some of the staff are uninterested and too laid back, which brings the energy level down. I think Uno needs a major change in its management! Once I see that, I would be happy to come back.

I love their arugula prosciutto pizza. A lightly sauced thin crust with piled on arugula, a generous amount of fresh prosciutto, roasted red pepper, and the secret touch is their plum sauce drizzled on top.

Wow I use to love coming here for lunch with the all you can eat soup bar. They got rid of that, but still offer all you can eat soup. Wow, so I can’t wait to sit here with my finished bowl of soup, wait for the waiter to come and get my order, and then get me my soup. Instead of me getting my soup when I was ready to grab it. What a horrible idea this was! I hope they change this, because I probably won’t be back now. Also, t they still keep this one rude older waiter here for some reason. I’ve witnessed him talking down to employees and even guests. Extra star for free wifi

This Uno Chicago Grill is magnificent. When everyone else is going to Russell House Tavern or Beat Hotel or some other trendy/gluten-free/organic/bullshit Harvard Square restaurant on a Friday night, this Grill is never packed because who in their right mind would choose a disgusting chain when you have so many options in Harvard Square? This guy. This guy right here. If there’s five of you and you don’t want to spend $ 200 for dinner and drinks, go to this miracle of branding conformity. The precision machinery of chain restaurants is both awe-inspiring and terrifying, because the food in an Uno in Florida ten years removed from the last time I ate at one is identical to the one here in Harvard Square. It’s like nostalgia with a side of colitis. There’s a big table service on the top floor and a big downstairs bar with a few larger tables. The wifi sucks down there, and the servers are somewhat aloof and understaffed, but they’re also nice and down-to-earth. I like going there sometimes by myself to order three of those horrible frozen Raspberry Coladas so I can sit in shame while working on my laptop at 10 o’clock at night. It’s great. Also, $ 10 survey coupons via the receipt. Don’t forget about that.

I ordered from the gluten free menu online today and was pleasantly surprised by a BREADSTICK inside my meal. I’m hoping both corporate HQ and the FDA are on this because my health is *not* a joke! Unilocal is my outlet, but they’re lucky it’s not something bigger. FDA– here’s another Cambridge spot that’s clearly not up to code.

Love their Chicago style pizza even if it doesn’t match the real thing. It’s as close as we’re going to get here. A cozy table downstairs near the bar. Quick service. Thick, buttery crusted deep dish pizza. The sauce is fresh and hearty, thick and chunky. Absolutely wonderful. Tart and sweet at the same time. A half inch layer of melted mozzarella seeps into the sausage, onions, peppers and pepperoni. Yes, please.
