The worst service ever. Waited with 2 cars ahead and it took me 20 minutes to get to the speaker and another 10 to get my order of 4 items. 2 were incorrect! How hard is it to get 4 items correct?

By far the nastiest Taco Bell I’ve been in.2:15 in the afternoon very few customers and every single table is filthy with food scraps on them and all over the floor, freaking nasty. But hey it only took 12 minutes to get our food which I guess is good for a sh! t hole like this

There seems to be something wrong with either the guy on the other end of the speaker or the speaker system itself. We had to repeat our order way too many times and even then they got the drink wrong. We even said«not the frozen drink» and we were given the frozen drink. We corrected the kid and said we go a soda and he rolled his eyes. I’m guessing mistakes happen a lot here and it’s annoying to them too? I don’t claim to know what it’s like to work in fast food, but it can’t be as hard as they made it seem. They need to fix the ordering system and also get some faster people or their reviews will continue to be abysmal. Food was good all things considered. It just wasn’t a quick stop for«fast food».

to tell you that this was a good dining experience would be to say that Hiroshima atomic bombing was a good way to gentrify the neighborhood. this place is horrendous, the employees seem to have room temperature IQs and about a 5 word memory span. none of which seems to include any menu items the old adage that neck tattoos prevent you from having tax paying jobs appears to be true. the individual working inside of the building more in common with a gastropod then someone capable of working a simple unskilled repetitive job such as fast food employee. it took no less than four tries via speaker and two face to face explanation to get the order remotely right and it still required additional changing. this is what happens when you eat lead paint chips or perhaps it’s what happens when Millennials get jobs after No Child Left Behind. though I have not yet eaten the Taco Bell fair I am almost sure the befuddled troglodyte of an employee will have deposited some form of bodily fluid into my meal by an employee. this store is prima facie evidence unskilled fast food employees do not deserve $ 15 a pay per hour but rather repeated beatings for not doing their job correctly. May God have mercy on this franchisees soul for employing such profoundly handicapped individuals or hiring his nieces. PS the chicken employees are also as retarded.
